Training of air companies differ from the training of other companies that work in other fields. This is because raining is one of the bases upon which the international organization, based in Montréal, Canada, issues licenses, rules and regulations for civil aircraft authorities to ensure safety of passengers. This is why there care must be taken of human resources by dissociating the needs and programs of the training offered to air hosts from the requirements to achieve distinguished service performance on Omani aircrafts. This research aims to study and analyze training policies of air hosts for defining and overcoming the weaknesses, applying the suggestions and recommendations that aim to increase the efficiency of the trainings which lead to peculiar performance of Omani air service.

The research aims to know the role of credit risk management in the improvement of the banking performance in the commercial bank of Syria in Lattakia. To achieve the research objectives, a questionnaire was constructed and distributed to all credit management employee of the bank, (33 employees). After the study and analysis, the following conclusions were reached: 1- The credit management has a high efficiency, as it defines the appropriate size of credit regarding each client; it chooses the qualified and experienced people to work in the credit management, and each credit transaction get under specific analysis and comprehensive review by a qualified and experienced credit analyst. 2- In order to maintain the level of liquidity of the bank, the credit management amends granting credit criteria, to lead to the improvement of liquidity indicators, where the bank keeps appropriate voluntary liquidity in local and foreign currencies, because the good liquidity in the bank contribute to increase clients' confidence in the bank and its operations. 3- The credit management in the bank assesses the profitability in quantitive and objective way, and reviews the criteria of the granting on an ongoing basis, and modifies granting credit criteria in a way that lead to improve bank's profitability. 4- There is a direct correlation between the efficiency of credit risk management and,(low volume and number of non performing loans, improvement of bank's liquidity ratio, and improvement of bank's profitability).
The importance of investment in knowledge technology of human capital has the biggest effect in overall development in the country and following the developments which face the organizations in both business environment or external environment, the m ost important of which is represented in technological changes specially in the field of information and communication and shifting to globalization. This research will study the effect of investment in knowledge technology on both organizational effectiveness, and effectiveness of administrating human recourses in Omani national banks, and in examining the effectiveness of investment in knowledge technology of human capital on the organizing effectiveness and on the effectiveness of administrating human recourses strategically and professionally.
This study examined the relationship between demographic variables of age, sex, marital status, educational qualification, and the order of the human needs for employees. Through a survey study on employees in the textile and cotton industries sector in the Syrian coast, the total number of valid questionnaires was 348 Reliability. This research deals with the role of strategic intelligence in the development of the performance of insurance companies where strategic intelligence contributes to helping organizations achieve their goals and interact with their environment with a great deal of flexibility, by providing them with predictions of opportunities and threats, and taking appropriate action on the basis of systematic knowledge and thinking, enabling the organization to respond to current and future environment changes, and planning and forecasting results, which reflected positively on performance, strategic intelligence consists of several elements, including: foresight, systematic thinking, future visioning, motivation, and partnership. The research aims to analyze the reality of applying the elements of strategic intelligence in Private Insurance Companies in The Syrian Coast, and study the nature and strength of the relationship between strategic intelligence and performance. To achieve this, three hypotheses were formulated. The researcher used the questionnaire method to collect the data and analyzed it by using statistical tests, the most important of which were: the one-sample T. test, the Pearson Correlation test, and the multiple regression test. The researcher found several results, the most important of which is: Strategic intelligence is available in the studied companies with an average evaluation. There is also a positive correlation between strategic intelligence and performance. There is a statistically significant effect on the elements of strategic intelligence on performance in the studied companies, except for the elements of future vision and motivation.
The current research addresses the impact of the impact of the elements of promotional mix (Public Relations, advertising, personal selling, sales promotion) to increase the competitive ability of the service organizations by conducting a field study on private hospitals which works in the Syrian coast , and to achieve the objectives of the research, A questionnaire was built and this questionnaire has applied on managers administrators in those hospitals, marketing Specialist, if any, or are responsible of advertising, where the researcher used the method of comprehensive inventory which concerns with collection the information on the hospitals studied, and the number of distributed questionnaires (61) questionnaire , recovered them (57) questionnaire , and the response rate (93.44 %), after study and analysis of the study found the following results: 1 - There is a significant correlation between the of the public relations method used by the departments of private hospitals operating in the Syrian coast and its ability to compete in the health market. 2 - There is a significant correlation between the types of advertising used by the departments of private hospitals operating in the Syrian coast and its ability to compete in the health market. 3 - There is a significant correlation between the of personal selling method used by the departments of private hospitals operating in the Syrian coast and its ability to compete in the health market. 4 - There is a significant correlation between the of the sales promotion method used by the departments of private hospitals operating in the Syrian coast and its ability to compete in the health market.
