vascular complications are impotent after kidney Transplantation, They influence on patient and graft survival . There are a lot of factors that play are a role in incidence of these vascular compilations as technical and anatomical ones . the aim is to determine the incidence of vascular complications in kidney transplant patients in addition to signs and symptoms related to these complications, diagnosis modalities, management and results.
The vascular complications of the disc surgery are rare , but maybe very dangerous. the early diagnosis and emergency surgery of these complications maybe the better job , and this depend sure the technical experience of vascular specialist . In this study ,we identified the causes , the risk factors of these complications , the important role of the neurosurgical specialist and the importance of anatomy which is deferant in every patient . We also carried out a comparison among many international studies involving the vascular complications of disc surgery . In this study , we assured that the emergency vascular surgery is very important to cure these patients .
Kidney Injury Molecule-1 (KIM-1) is a type 1 transmembrane glycoprotein. KIM-1 is highly up regulated in proximal tubular cells following kidney injury. It consists of an extracellular portion, a novel 6-cysteine immunoglobulin-like domain, 2 N-gl ycosylation sites, also contains one transmembrane domain and a short cytoplasmic domain with a conservative tyrosine phosphorylation site.
Background& Objective:Vascular rings are unusual rare congenital anomalies .Its incidence is less than 0.2%.Most of these defects are discovered early in infancy or childhood .They result in complete or partial encirclement of the trachea and/or esop hagus .Some vascular rings are associated with other congenital heart defects, others may be isolated deficits. We present here eleven cases which we have encountered since the mid of 2009.These cases were managed surgically with good results .Through this study, we aim at demonstrating how to treat these cases surgically and to clarify the best approach for each case. Materials & Methods: A retrospective study at Damascus University Cardiac Surgery Hospital in the period between 2009 to 2010 was conducted.11 patients with diagnosed vascular rings underwent surgical repair. Results: Ages ranged between 1.5 months to 5 years with almost equal sex distribution. Most complaints were respiratory. Vascular rings include double aortic arche, aberrant left Subclavian artery and aberrant right Subclavian artery .Associated defects were in54% of cases. No complications were noticed postoperatively or in the follow up period which extended between 7 and10 months' .Remarkable relief and symptoms release were achieved postoperatively. Conclusion: Surgery affords excellent long-term resolution of symptoms. Early diagnosis and surgery are imperative to reduce the long-termsequels.
The arterial trauma is more accuracy during the war , but maybe happened in another causes : civilian vascular injuries , surgical anddiagnostic complications .. In this study , we identified the symptoms of the arterial injuries , the early diagno sis , the risk factors of these injuries and the used methods in surgical treatment which is deferantin every patient , type and the another injuries . We also carried out a comparison among our study ( 146 cases ) and many international studies . In this study , we assured that the emergency vascular surgery is very important in rescuing many patients lives that are classified to be in high rescue .
