The research is considered an analytic study which aims to know different kinds of
knees injuries which some students of sport faculty of tishreen university have ,and the
reasons behind them and the places they occur in .
The study covered the fo
ur years` students and aimed to reach preventive
foundations the study courses may contain.
The study also contains recommendations associated with the infrastructure in the
place of training and ways of restraining lessons .
The study have involved (24) scorbutics out of (930) students which is the total
society of the study .
The results were as follows :
- The injures biggest rate is in athletics then comes the gymnasium .
- The most important reasons are overheating shortage and the lack of preparation.
-the given rest period is not enough as well as the period of physical treatment and
the sessions number.
-the absence of first aid when the injury occurs.
The arterial trauma is more accuracy during the war , but maybe happened in
another causes : civilian vascular injuries , surgical anddiagnostic complications ..
In this study , we identified the symptoms of the arterial injuries , the early diagno
sis
, the risk factors of these injuries and the used methods in surgical treatment which is
deferantin every patient , type and the another injuries .
We also carried out a comparison among our study ( 146 cases ) and many
international studies .
In this study , we assured that the emergency vascular surgery is very important in
rescuing many patients lives that are classified to be in high rescue .

- The lower extremities are the most affected especially the knee and ankle joint.
- The biggest percentage was in the first years ( first and second year).
- The most important reasons are overheating shortage and the lack of preparation.
The injures biggest rate is in athletics then comes the gymnasium .

This research is a clinical survey of trauma cases that have presented to
Damascus University, Pediatric dental clinic, postgraduate studies. The research
studies have following objectives: A survey was preformed of the trauma cases
that presented
to our clinic, tables of the different classifications of fractures
were prepared, total number of cases presented, distribution according to several
factors, treatments offered to the patients and their success rates.
