The history of modern Europe, which is an extension of modern European history, is one of the main axes in the study of the history of the contemporary world. This history is a fundamental nucleus for understanding contemporary world history and the reflection of historical events and European economic, social and intellectual developments on the majority of the world. The purpose of this study is to shed light on an important historical period in the history of Europe because of the lack of an Arab library to study an academy that defines the basic features of contemporary European history. The book covers a period of time beginning with the French Revolution of 1789 - the important turning point in the history of the world in general and in European history in particular - ending at the end of the Second World War in 1945, which is important for its coverage and extension to the world's most important Which continue to affect the development of world historical events today. The studied phase is one of the richest historical stages in international events and developments, because the world today is still living its results.
In this research the nuclear splitting level allowed energies are found for N+ in the NH3SO3 compound (sulfamic acid) when the angle between molecular axis and the axis of the applied magnetic field in the range. We noticed the splitting level by act ing the strong magnetic field. Therefore, we calculated the contribution of electric quadruple in the splitting process and its average value was E0=-0.1987neV. Moreover, the splitting level energies were calculated at minimum and maximum spin values. In addition, we found the frequency difference Δω at each value of β-angle.
To maintain utterance quality of a persona-aware dialog system, inappropriate utterances for the persona should be thoroughly filtered. When evaluating the appropriateness of a large number of arbitrary utterances to be registered in the utterance da tabase of a retrieval-based dialog system, evaluation metrics that require a reference (or a correct'' utterance) for each evaluation target cannot be used. In addition, practical utterance filtering requires the ability to select utterances based on the intensity of persona characteristics. Therefore, we are developing metrics that can be used to capture the intensity of persona characteristics and can be computed without references tailored to the evaluation targets. To this end, we explore existing metrics and propose two new metrics: persona speaker probability and persona term salience. Experimental results show that our proposed metrics show weak to moderate correlations between scores of persona characteristics based on human judgments and outperform other metrics overall in filtering inappropriate utterances for particular personas.
CpG islands play an important role in genes transcription regulation, due to the fact that these islands overlap with the genes’ promoter regions, and the methylation of those CpG islands may repress the transcription of the associated genes. Previou s studies reported that methylation of CpG islands is an important indicator of the presence and possibility of developing cancers. There are mainly two types of algorithms to identify CpG islands in the nucleotides sequences: distance-based and sliding-window algorithms. The outputs of these algorithms are different for the same nucleotide sequence. The aim of this study is to compare the performance of the above mentioned algorithms by using two web tools named CpGCluster and newCpGReport. CpG islands in human chromosome 22 were identified by applying the two algorithms on this chromosome, and the variation in the number and length of the identified islands was clear. The results also show that about 60% of both tools’ output is crossed. Moreover, the effect of the traditional parameters of CpG islands (length, C+G content and Observed/expected ratio) on the number of the identified islands was studied. The results show that the length parameter has a great effect on the number of islands identified by newCpGReport, while it does not affect CpGCluster’s performance. The effect of making CpG islands identified by newCpGReport start and end with CpG was also studied, due to this operation C+G content and Observed/expected ratio increased for most islands, taking into account that 25% of the islands became shorter than 200 nucleotides.
