يبدو أن الرواقيين لم يربطوا بصفة جلية نظرية اللغة بنظرية العلامات. أما عن اللغة اللفظية فهم يميزون بوضوح بين "العبارة" و"المضمون" "المرجع" .
فبخصوص العبارة فإنهم لم يعمقوا فحسب التقطع المتعدد، بل ميزوا بين الصوت المجرد الذي تصدره الحنجرة والعضلات ال
نطقية والعنصر اللغوي المركب والكلمة ذاتها التي لا تقوم إلآ إذا كانت موصولا بمضمون وقابلة للاتصال به ٠ كأن نقول، على طريقة سوسور، يقول أغسطين "مقتفياً أثر الرواقين" إن العلامة اللغوية هي شيء ذو وجهين "قول ومضمون".
"قولاً" تلك ،الكلمة المنطوقة، التي ليست فحسب ((إصدار صوت)) بل بالإمكان إدراك معناها والتعرف عليها لأنها مرتبطة بكلمة العقل.
وبالنسبة إلى الرواقيين فإن ما يحدث للهمجيين هو أنهم يتلقون الصوت المادي ولكن من دون أن يتعرفوا عليه باعتباره كلمة. ليس لأنهم لا يملكون ذهنيأ فكرة متطابقة، ولكن لأنهم لا يعرفون القاعدة التعالقية٠ وفي هذا الخصوص يذهب الرواقيون أبعد من سابقيهم ويميزون الطبيعة "المؤقتة" وغير المستقرة للوظيفة السيميائية (يمكن أن يكون المضمون نفسه كلمة بتعبير في لغة مختلفة). يوحي الرواقيون بأن المضمون هو شيء (غير مادي).
This research handles the Semiotic Features in the Augustian's text an attempt to
discover its nature and implication. It tackies the Semiotic theme, its concepts and relation
to the Sociological Cultural realities of modern semitians. then it disc
usses the concept of
sign and its relation to interpretation in this text showing its distinct features, Symbolic
language which makes us delve deep into this text trying to open broaden horiozons via
searching deep into existence to decipher hidden meanings of symbos in the external
existence of things. It also deals with the speciality of sign to Augustein in which the
theological perspective played the major role. It also aims at specifying the differences and
similarities with some modern semitics to talk eventually about kinds of sign trying to end
up with some results that help us comprehend the Augustian's text.
The subject of this research is a controversial subject between
researchers and practitioners in the field of arbitration. They argue
how to ensure the implementation of arbitral tribunals judgments,
how to make it at the same level of importance
as a judicial rulings
and how enrich it with the force of the inevitable matter. Law and
Finance and Economy specialist suffer from the previous obstacles
in spite of they know the use of arbitration as a preferred method to
solve the disputes. So we try in this research to highlight how to
protect the arbitral decision through improving the performance
reaching to a decision which couldn't be exposed to serious errors.
Thus research in the development of the existing legislation and the
international agreements trying to achieve the goal of giving the
arbitral decision power of self-force equivalent to force of the
inevitable matter. Which by the end, it will minimize the effort and
the time.
Our studies have included a comparison between the two terms
which included the title, relying on Syrian evidence Act, Syrian
arbitration Law and views of some scholars and jurists seeking to
create a satisfaction to implement a valiant steps in this area mindful
of the limits of national sovereignty and the rules of public order
which it is considered as constants.
حاولنا في هذا البحث تطبيق أحد التوزيعات الاحتمالية المستمرة، و لاسيما توزيع وايبل الاحتمالي الذي يستخدم في دراسة الموثوقية و الرقابة على الجودة
و في التنبؤ، و قد قمنا بتطبيقه على بيانات فعلية لدرجات الحرارة العظمى و الأمطار لمدينة دمشق خلال المدة (
1988-2007 ) ، و توصلنا إلى الآتي:
كيفية تحويل توزيع وايبل الاحتمالي إلى الانحدار الخطي و كيفية تقدير معلمته
إمكانية استخدام توزيع وايبل الاحتمالي المعمم في إيجاد الاحتمال المتوقع لدرجات الحرارة العظمى
محاولة تطوير أساليب التقدير و تقانات التحليل الإحصائي.
