Software engineering is an important concept for the development of information systems, which is more than coding or writing of programs, that it includes quality, scheduling, economics and knowledge of the application of principles. Software is subject to errors in manufacturing and operation and needs to be evaluated like any other product. In this research paper, we present a development of the traditional programmatic model of software engineering using the CRISP-DM methodology, which is primarily used in data extraction engineering systems, that aims to improve software quality. We study the effect of introducing this methodology in terms of reducing the number of errors discovered in software and its impact on error detection at an early stage of the software life cycle. The results showed that the use of this methodology helped to reduce the errors discovered in the software after the development process. It also helped to detect a greater percentage of errors in the early stages of the software life cycle, which helps to increase the quality of the software, compared to a relatively low number of lines. Code because of applying the proposed methodology.

This paper presents a three phase shunt Active Power Filter (APF) for power quality improvements in terms of harmonics compensation. The compensation process is based on measure non-liner load currents and Active Filter currents, and then extract t he references from measured currents. Measured currents are then transferred from abc frame to d-q reference frame. A Synchronous Proportional Integral controller (Synchronous PI controller) is used. The control signals then drive the Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) routine, where its output controls the Voltage Source Inverter (VSI) switching devices. The performance of the Active Filter and the Synchronous PI controller is validated though the simulink results in MATLAB environment.
This paper investigates updates of Universal Dependencies (UD) treebanks in 23 languages and their impact on a downstream application. Numerous people are involved in updating UD's annotation guidelines and treebanks in various languages. However, it is not easy to verify whether the updated resources maintain universality with other language resources. Thus, validity and consistency of multilingual corpora should be tested through application tasks involving syntactic structures with PoS tags, dependency labels, and universal features. We apply the syntactic parsers trained on UD treebanks from multiple versions (2.0 to 2.7) to a clause-level sentiment extractor. We then analyze the relationships between attachment scores of dependency parsers and performance in application tasks. For future UD developments, we show examples of outputs that differ depending on version.
This paper proposes a new approach to control a Shunt active filter (SAF) to eliminate harmonic currents and compensate reactive power , this approach called Predictive Direct Power Control (P-DPC) where the Direct Power Control is combined with a Predictive Control , PDC controls active and reactive power to get an unity power factor and when it combined with Predictive Control , the controller can predict future behavior for all possible voltage vectors , and the best vector is chosen for the next sample by minimizing a cost function . we connect this filter with a nonlinear load to the grid and simulate this systemusing Matlab , Simulink and Simpower , the results shows that P-DPC decrease Total Harmonic Distortion (THD%) of line current and make it sinusoidal and improve the power factor .
The aim of this study is to assess the spatial distribution of health centers in rural Lattakia governorate and to develop a scientific methodology to guide the growth of the health sector by identifying the needs and adequacy of the primary health care centers according to the spatial distribution of the population within these rural areas using spatial statistical techniques in GIS. In order to achieve this objective, a spatial database was created, including the population centers, the primary health care centers (health centers) with the population served by them, as well as a group of fields on the specifications of these centers in terms of ownership, floor space and human cadres. A number of quantitative and spatial tests were conducted in order to measure the fairness of the distribution of health centers according to the population distribution and determine the need, while attempting to find an initial guidance on the locations of the supporting centers according to quantitative and spatial analysis And then measure the degree of improvement according to the study indicators. The result of this research was to describe the current status of the distribution of health centers in the northern Latakia countryside, identify areas of weakness and inadequacy, propose supporting centers and develop an effective guideline for assessing and improving the placement of primary health care activities in rural areas.
