This works aims to study the performance of the mobile system via studying the effects of adaptive modulation technique on the data rate. Fuzzy logic technique is used as a tool to analyze the data rate of the downlink connection depending on type of modulation, coverage quality and the distant between the receiver and the transmitter. For parameters were considered as input parameters for the fuzzy logic system mainly are: power of the station, quality of coverage, the type of modulation technique and the signal to interface noise ratio. One parameter is used as an output of the fuzzy system which is spectrum efficiency in bit per second per hertz. Analytical study to select the optimal data rates for different modulation techniques will be considered. Additionally, studying the input and output memberships of the data rate parameters using fuzzy logic will be explained. Keywords: Data rate, downlink, signal to noise ratio, modulation type, Fuzzy logic, spectrum efficiency.

Wireless communication has become more popular over the last decade. Although there are many advantages to use wireless over fixed line systems, there is a major disadvantage, which is a high transmission error rate in a temporal and permanent nois y environment. There are techniques to reduce effectiveness off transmission errors in wireless communications. We have discussed in this paper. Many methods and techniques have been implementing to deal and resist errors (by increasing transmission power, switching modulation scheme) as well as evaluation the wireless connection performance taking into account many factors.
Improving system performance in terms of data rate, latency, mobility and cost is the scope of Long Term Evolution (LTE) system. All IP architecture with distributed mobility management that have been implemented in LTE and the handover (HO) decision is performed by the evolved base station (eNB). The ping-pong movement in LTE is one of the most crucial problems which reduce the performance of the HO. In this paper, the impact of ping-pong handover on inter eNB handover in LTE networks is investigated. The object of the present work is to provide a method for reducing the number of ping-pong HOs in intra E-UTRA networks. A novel HO algorithm, based on keeping the old path between the source eNB and SGW/MME during the ping-pong movement and delaying the completion HO part, is presented. The ping-pong avoidance algorithm for intra E-UTRA can be a tool to reduce the number of ping-pong HOs and control the demands of the network resources. Analysis results -based on fuzzy logic technique- of the proposed algorithm showed that the probability of ping-pong HO can be reduced efficiently as the difference between the received signal strength from the target and the source (SS(target-source)) and the timer value are higher than 3dB and 1.5 sec respectively.
Mobile wireless networks consist of a set of cooperative and mobile nodes, each node can move randomly at a specific speed in all directions without any control of a central manager. This type of networks has become a hot research topic due to its military application and suitability for emergencies and natural disasters. Due to the lack of fixed infrastructure, the routing process becomes the major problem in this type of networks, where the responsibility of routing is transferred to each node. Over the last few years, a number of traditional routing protocols has been proposed, but these protocols do not support quality of service in different environments. Some studies have improved some of these protocols to support quality of service for specific environments. This research identifies and analysis some of these improved protocols.
Mobile Wireless Sensor Network (MWSN) is an emerging technology for attraction of researchers with its research advantage and various application domains. Due to limited resources of sensor nodes such as transmission power, communication capability and size of memory, data aggregation algorithms are the most practical technique that reduces large amount of transmission in this network. Security is an important criterion to be considered because, wireless sensor nodes are deployed in a remote or hostile environment area that is prone to attacks easily. Therefore, security are essential issue for MWSN to protect information against attacks. In this research, we offered an algorithm of secure data aggregation in MWSN based on pair-wise keys technology and hash function. We studied important parameters such as execution time, end-to-end delay and number of storied keys. Results showed that
