تهدف هذه الأطروحة إلى التعرف على تقانة جديدة تُييح الاستفادة من ميزات تقانتي دليل الموجة المعدني المستطيل و خط النقل الشرائحي المكروي، لاستخدامها في بناء دارات الأمواج المكِروية، و تدعى دليل الموجة المتكامل على ركيزة.
This thesis investigates a new transmission lines technologie called "Substrat Integrated Waveguide (SIW). SIW takes advantages of rectangular waveguides and microstrip transmission lines, to be used in the construction of low loss microwave circuits.
