تتأثر العملية التعليمية في الجامعات بالعديد من العوامل المادية و البشرية و الإدارية, و إن تحديد مدى تأثير كل من هذه العوامل في العملية التعليمية بحيث تعكس كفاءتها , تعتبر عملية صعبة للغاية. و من اجل تحقيق مستويات متميزة في مخرجات التعليم العالي, لابد من الوقوف عند مستوى كفاءة العملية التعليمية و الأداء في الجامعات, لأنها تتأثر بالعديد من العوامل المادية و البشرية و الإدارية، مما دعانا إلى استنباط أسلوب كمي لتقييم و قياس كفاءة العملية التعليمية و الأداء في المقررات الدراسية الجامعية من خلال تركيب نسب النجاح المختلفة، و كذلك من خلال اختبار نسبة النجاح الخاصة في المقرر, و من النتائج التي تم الحصول عليها: 1 ـ استنباط علاقة رياضية لقياس كفاءة العملية التعليمية و الأداء من خلال تركيب نسبة المتقدمين و نسبة النجاح العامة و نسبة النجاح الخاصة في المقرر i . 2. استنباط علاقة رياضية لقياس كفاءة العملية التعليمية و الأداء في المقررات من خلال اختبار نسبة النجاح الخاصة في المقرر i . 3. إن الأزمة التي تمر بها البلاد قد انعكست بشكل كبير و سلبي على كفاءة العملية التعليمية و الأداء في المقررات الدرسية في السنوات المختلفة و بحسب الأقسام العلمية.
The educational process at universities affected many of the physical ,human and administrative factors ,and to determine the extent of the impact of each of these factors in the educational process to reflect the efficiency, It is considered a very difficult process .In order to achieve output of higher education , we have to stand at the level of the educational process efficiency and performance in universities, because it is affected by many of the physical , human and administrative factors . which invited us to devise a quantitative method for evaluating and measuring the educational process efficiency and performance in school undergraduate courses. By arranging different success rates, as well as through special test success rates in the decision, and the results that were obtained: 1-Devise mathematical relationship to measure the educational process efficiency and performance through the installation of the proportion of applicants and the proportion of the general success and the success rate for in decision. 2-Devise mathematical relationship to measure the educational process efficiency and performance in courses through the test of the success rate for in decision. 3-The crisis experienced by the country has reversed dramatically and negatively educational process efficiency and performance in courses in different years, and according to the scientific departments.

The quality of the teaching process at the university are difficult to measure and
determine the amount of quality, because they are influenced by many of the physical,
human and administrative factors, which invited us to devise a quantitative met

years in the Faculty of Economics at the University of Tishreen.

Considering that the educational process is a system of processes that are
interconnected with each other and participate in the occurrence range of factors, affect and

This study aimed to identify the degree of management practice values in the Faculty of Physical Education in Tishreen University from the point of view of the members of the teaching staff. It also aimed to find out the significance of differences b
etween the mean scores of the evaluations of the members of the teaching staff in the Faculty of Physical Education in Tishreen University to practice for management by values at level(α ≤ 0.05), which are attributed to the study variables (gender, academic grade). For achieving the study aims, the researchers used the descriptive approach in the survey method, Where the study population consists of faculty members in the Faculty of Physical Education in Tishreen University and their number (24) member, while the sample of the study amounted to (20) members. Among the most important results is that the degree of practicing management by values in the Faculty of Physical Education from the viewpoint of faculty members is located at the intermediate level. The statistical data was processed by using the statistical program (SPSS).

اء الهيئة التدريسية في كلية الاقتصاد بجامعة تشرين للتعليم الالكتروني، تحديد مدى توفر البرمجيات اللازمة للتعليم الالكتروني ودرجة استخدامها من قبل أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في كلية الاقتصاد بجامعة تشرين، وبيان واقع البنية التحتية الالكترونية في كلية الاقتصاد بجامعة تشرين. تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، كما تم دراسة وتحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج SPSS ، وبعد تحليل البيانات توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج من أهمها الآتي: انخفاض في قدرة الطلاب على التعامل مع التعلم الإلكتروني، وانخفاض في قدرة أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في تطبيق التعليم الالكتروني، وانخفاض في سوية جودة البنية التحتية والبرمجيات الالكترونية اللازمة للتعليم الالكتروني، وانخفاض في الجودة الإدارية للتعليم الالكتروني في جامعة تشرين من وجهة نظر طلاب الدراسات العليا.

The study aimed to present evidence about the students' perceptions of accountancy
profession and accountant work from th
e faculty of Economics at Tishreen university,
identify the factors that influence these perceptions, and find out the students' perceptions
of the status of accounting profession according to the society's view.
The study found that students hold a traditional view of accounting profession
considering it boring, fixed, compliance driven, precise, and solitary.
The students considered university lecturers and subjects as the main factors that
influence their perception of accounting profession and the work of accountant.
They believe that society evaluates the accounting profession as being a good one,
but to a lesser degree than most other professions
The results indicate that if the professional accounting bodies want to be successful
in attracting students to accounting profession, it must seek to corporate with educational
institutions to influence students' perceptions .
