In this research, we studied a number of characteristics of two surface barrier detectors, one from LD and the other from PH, dedicated to detecting alpha particles. and comparing between characteristics of detectors. For the operating characteristic, we found that the optimal operating voltage of the LD detector is located in the range (1.35-1.4) volts, while of the PH detector was located in the range (0.9-1.35) volts. For the detection capability, we found that the LD detector is better than the PH detector, this is due to the presence thinner metal surface layer for LD detector.,

Studying the mechanics of particle systems in special relativity is one of the most complex issues. However, this study sets us up to lay the groundwork for building a set of important laws. The motion of particle masses as a whole was determined b y their energy, impulse and static mass. It was also found that the total energy of the system of mutual action requires taking into account the energies of these mutual acts between the particles. Contrary to the systems of the mutual acts of collisions, approximate formulas for interplay between charged particles were determined by studying the collision of relativistic particles-Compton's effect. Finally, the case of the movement of the charged particles of weak interacts was discussed, and the movement of the interconnected particles was discussed through mutual electromagnetic acts using the concept of mutual action between the particles of the system.
In this work, we recorded the alpha spectra of radium-226 and amrecium-241 sources using a semiconductor detector and Rutherford scattering chamber. We also measured the energy loss of alpha particles in gold foil (target) and in aluminum foil as a f unction of alpha energy and as a function atomic number Z of the target. Comparison between experimental and theoretical results show a good agreemen.
Quality Control procedure Of Gamma Spectrometry measurements using semi conductor HPGe Detectors and determination the uncertainty budget of the measurements and calibrations have been prepared. Depending on this procedure we can evaluate the qual ity of the results to be accepted or not, and where the correction actions should be used.
Noise and transport characteristics of CdTe gamma - and X-ray detectors have been carried out to determine the 1/f noise sources and their correlation with charge carriers mobility. The noise spectral density was measured by standard set-up. The no ise of low ohmic samples has 1/f noise spectral density which increases with the square of voltage. The high ohmic samples show 1/f type noise in low frequency range. This flicker noise leads to degradation in the homogeneity of the contact. The excess of noise changes as 1/fa , 1 a 2 at 10Hz, and it is due to the multitrapping of the CdTe. Thiscontributes to the loss in charge collection efficiency.
We have studied the attenuation of the surface rapid magnetic waves in the sun resulting from solar radiation and collisions and their role in heating the layers of the chromosphere and the corona of the sun, considering that this damping may be one of the reasons for the high temperature of these two layers despite their distance from the main heat source in the sun It is the nucleus (Core).
