This research aims to show Al Sameen Al Halabi's way in introducing the language issues , and his manner in the discussion of citation of the sides which he sees them rightly .

scholarly opinion. The same ,in the concept of controlling some of the terms or the
standard to accept or not accept some of the narrated Hadith.
اعتبارا من منتصف الستينات من القرن الماضي، اتجهت أنظار التربويين إلى ظاهرة بين الطلبة وهي اتجاه بعضهم إلى ممارسة بعض السلوكيات، ذات الطابع الايجابي تارة والطابع السلبي تارة أخرى، بمعنى أن بعضها يتفق مع ماهو منصوص عليه في المناهج الصريحة وبعضها الأخر
يتعارض معه. كما لوحظ أن هذه السلوكيات ذات طابع معرفي وحركي ووجداني واجتماعي.
وبدأ التساؤل: من أي يتعلم الطلبة هذه السلوكيات؟ وهل المؤسسة التعليمية مسؤولة عن بعضها؟
من هنا بدأ الحديث في الأوساط التربوية عن وجود منهج خفي يؤثر مع المنهج الصريح والمعلن في سلوك الطلبة وهكذا بدأت الدراسات والبحوث وشرع المؤلفون في تأليف الكتب للكشف عن هكذا منهج, وعن طبيعة أشكاله وعناصره ومصادرة وبالتالي بدأت محاولات التحكم فيه, توجيهه, حفاظا على الثورة الحقيقية للأمم, والمتمثلة في أبنائها الطلاب, وذلك تحقيقاً للأهداف التعليمية والتربوية التي تنشد تحقيقها المؤسسة التعليمية في أي مجتمع.
Methodology represents the basics of Building. The scientific work
as Well as its representing approaches, its forms and its methods ،all of
which represent the possipility of occurring new knowledge (epistemic)
activity, and its forms and methods
. The method is the corner stone in it.
Some researchers misunderstand this science by limiting it only to the set
of methods. It represents a common area that links philosophical sciences
and specialized sciences. It does not include new knowledge, rather, it
shows how to attain this knowledge. Its main purpose is to turn
knowledge into scientific principles and rules.
Methodology consists of four levels; Philosophical methodology,
General scientific, Specific (science system), and special.
حاول ابن خلدون وضع قواعد منهجية لتصحيح أخطاء المؤرخين و معالجة الظواهر العمرانية بصورة موضوعية.
نحاول في هذا المقال دراسة المنهج العلمي في التحليل الاقتصادي الخلدوني و ذلك للإجابة عن الإشكالية الآتية:
"هل كلن لابن خلدون منهج علمي في التحليل الاقتصا
دي؟"
و لتحقق هذه الإشكالية سنعتمد بشكل أساسي على منهج تحليل الموضوع.
It is important for any science –including Human Geography- to
follow the scientific development and to keep up with other sciences, to
develop the elements of scientific research system, the most prominent
ones of which are: Approach, and Method.
