تم إجراء دراسة كمية لمكونات الزيت العطري لبذور اليانسون أثناء مراحل نضجها بدءا من مرحلة ما بعد الإزهار و حتى مرحلة النضج, و ذلك من خلال تتبع التغيرات الكمية التي تطرأ على نسبة كل من الزيت الكلي و الزيت العطري الطيار في البذور و المكونات الرئيسية في الزيت العطري.
In this research, the changes on these seeds during storage:
total oil, volatile oil, and the major components of volatile oils were
determined. A decrease in the total and volatile oils and all
components of volatile oils were found.
