The research aims to solve one of the most complex issues of sociology of development and social change, not to mention the dismantling of one of the most important issues of sociology and sociology of culture. The issue of capitalist globalization and its historical stages of development, as well as the question of whether, especially at its new stage of development, it is a global system or global anarchy? Capitalism, by its structural logic, is not an antistatic system; it is a dynamic system open to shifting and shifting historical horizons. They have been deported at various stages, to a large extent, at the level of form or appearance, although they remain captive to content and one structural logic. As such, in the light of the recent results of the research, we have called for serious action to build a truly new world order based on the rules of pluralism, justice and democracy, as another system replacing the world order based on unilateralism, hegemony and dictatorship.

Theoretical calculations using density functional theory (DFT) both on semi empirical and Ab initio levels have been carried out for pyrromethene laser dye and related compounds (PM-chromophore, PM-4m, PM 546, PM650 PM 567 and PM597). We carried o ut theoretical calculations using DFT, AM1, TDDFT and CIS on ground and excited states for the selected laser dye materials, we obtained the optimized geometry of the molecules, UV, IR spectrum, and the transition between the ground S0 and the first excited S1 states exclusively, the HOMO and LUMO states and other properties.
The intent of this paper is to present a novel quantitative equation to assess information security level for enterprises, establishments and corporate generally, and financial institutions specifically in public and private sectors in Syria. This method is the result of statistical study1 which has been applied to a set of financial institutions in Syria as a sample of study to assess the gap between existing information security level and ISO 27K directives for Information and Communication Technology (ICT) security, benefiting from other international approaches and models designed for this purpose. This study aims to highlight the special requirements and the modified framework required to develop ICT security in financial institutions taking into consideration the culture and the special conditions in Syria.
