Due to fundamental changes in the market, from mass customization and increasing production to product- services management, this led to the emergence of a fundamental and necessary systems aims to achieve cooperation between enterprises (such as the
exchange of services among
them) in order to meet the requirements of all users and customers. Achieving this goal requires to the enterprise (the market in general) find a way to meet the needs of users simultaneously and verifying structured cooperation based
on the request. And therefore we must work on the infrastructure of enterprise to exchange business information in a flexible, secure and adapted way to the needs of customers. Unfortunately all approaches exist to engineering and organize the enterprises, and existing information systems technologies lack the flexibility to respond appropriately and essentially to the requirements of enterprises which based on the principle of the cooperation
and exchange the services.
To overcome this problem we propose a new approach aims to reorganize the enterprises to groups of industrial services to exchange information, and taking into account the industrial constraints during the reorganization and assembly the business services.
The intent of this paper is to present a novel quantitative equation to assess information
security level for enterprises, establishments and corporate generally, and financial institutions
specifically in public and private sectors in Syria. This
method is the result of statistical study1
which has been applied to a set of financial institutions in Syria as a sample of study to assess the
gap between existing information security level and ISO 27K directives for Information and
Communication Technology (ICT) security, benefiting from other international approaches and
models designed for this purpose.
This study aims to highlight the special requirements and the modified framework required to
develop ICT security in financial institutions taking into consideration the culture and the
special conditions in Syria.
The process of transfer a speech signal by high confidentially and as quickly as possible through the Internet needs to develop compression and encryption technology for a speech signal, so as, to reduce its size and make it understandable to persons
not authorized to listen to.
A system was designed to encrypt the voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) and use compression technique for the purpose of reducing the size of data and send it over the network, (A_law PCM) algorithm was used the to compress audio data. Then algorithms of Triple Data Encryption Standard (TDES) and Advanced.
Encryption Standard (AES) were applied. A new encryption algorithm was proposed based in its work on the block cipher encryption system called the Direct and Reverse algorithm, which based on three basic steps, firstly expand the initial key, secondly direct the encryption of each round in one direction, and finally substitute (Bytes) as used in the Compensation Box in AES algorithm by making it moving. In general compression ratio was calculated and it was (50%) and the results of the correlation coefficient for the proposed algorithm was compared with the results of (AES, TDES) algorithms.
