This research is divided into theoretical and practical sections. The theoretical section clarifies the importance of electrical interconnection in frequency stability, which reports the most important technical and economic benefits achieved for the electrical network stability in general and frequency stability by the (EIJLLPST) project. The practical section will introducea number of simulation on the Syrian network for the year 2011 using the PSS/E, and rely on this program after comparing the results with the results of real situations, through the application of several incidents of blackout occurred in the Syrian network (and archived of frequency when they occur) Where the experienced of this research was focus on the importance of the spinning reserve, electrical interconnection and the separation of electrical loads using underfrequency rely To maintain the stability of electrical grid frequency in Syria ,and to avoid falling into undesirable values of frequency.

This study aims to analyze the effect of the wind farms on frequency stability of the electrical power network, and the description of the performance of Syrian Electrical Power System with integration of wind farms in several regions in Syria (Al-Q uenetera – Al-Hejana - Ghabagheb) through the evaluation of frequency stability of the power system and the Critical Clearing Time (CCT). The effect of wind farms on the frequency behavior of Syrian network and factors related will be investigated such as generation technology by replacing the power-generated source by two main types of induction generators, changing the location of wind farms and increasing gradually the rate of wind power. The simulation analysis will be applied on Syrian Electrical Power System 230KV – 400KV, by using program NEPLAN, which gives access to an extensive library of grid components, and relevant wind turbine model.
In this research the dynamic impact of the interconnection on the rotor angle Stability for Synchronous Generators in the Syrian Network were analyzed through the dynamic simulation of the power system and building of equations is linear and then use the program PSS / E (Power system simulation)to resolve and identify determinants of the system and determine critical fault clearing times of three-phase faults on the 400 KV addition to identifying the angular revolving generators and thus to verify the stability whether of its work independently within the Syrian electrical system or as part of the five countries interconnection project.
The out-of-stability state of synchronous generator which connected to high voltage network due to the transient situations which lead us to disconnect the generator causes finincial and technical problems. Therfore the purpose of this research i s to study the stability of synchronous generator working which connected to high voltage network through the transient situation. This research present the posibilty of returning the synchronous generator to synchronous-steadystate at the late time of the transient state when the load angle is in the out-of-stability zone through controling the rotor-excitation and increasing the generator’s electric motive force. This lead to increase the generator’s maximum power and to increase the generator’s stability-torque which lead to return the synchronous generator to synchronous-steadystate without need of discconecting it from network. Then put the mathmatical model.
Due to the large and rapid increase in the demand for electricity and the gradual decline of non-renewable sources of energy (fossil fuels, etc.), the performance of electrical systems has to be developed so the use of distributed generation and it s connection with the main networks is one of these methods but this linkage causes some problems like changing in electrical voltage. In this research a radial electric distribution system was simulated and studied the effect of distributed generation on electrical voltage stability -in static and dynamic state-and its effect when the generator is synchronous or induction.
Medical emergencies could occur during the practice of dentistry. A dentist must be prepared to recognize and manage of any potential emergency situation. The purposes of the study were to determine the occurrence of medical emergencies in Damascus dental clinics, and to assess the way patients' medical history is taken.
