This research includes an amendment to a TCP-Peach+ protocol to improve the performance of the TCP over satellite links, Where the protocol has been proposed based on splitting the connecting path between the source and target, in order to obtain a n adjusted protocol of the kind of Satellite transport protocol (STP) specialized in the space segment only, and that by proposing a new algorithm for this protocol which is located under the satellite transport layer (STL). We have focused in our research on a comparison between the proposed protocol and TCP-Peach+ protocol.
This research is mainly about the influence of protocols on the performance of Satellite Communication. We have studied and compared many TCP variants recently proposed.
This research aims to produce a diagnosis system for breast cancer by using Neural Network depending on Back Propagation algorithm(BPNN) and Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Inference System ‘ANFIS’, the both of studies was done using structural features of b iopsies in “Wisconson Breast Cancer “data base. In the end a comparison was made between the two studies of malignant- benign classification of breast masses of breast cancer which has accuracy 95,95% with BPNN and 91.9% with ANFIS system, this results can be consider very important if they compared with researches depending on image features that obtained of various devises like mammography, magnetic resonance.
Research paper on the TCP protocol and its handling of bottlenecks, with a simple comparison between several copies of the protocol.
Routing protocols play an essential role in meeting the quality of service requirements in the network, but achieving these requirements may require frequent send and receive operations to build and maintain routing tables, which consume sensors r esource If we take into consideration the limitations of wireless sensor networks in terms of the amount of available energy and storage capacity. In this research a performance comparison of the on-demand Distance Vector Routing protocol AODV and Hierarchical Routing protocolHR was carried out in terms of the packet delivery and loose rate, delay and jitter, and the amount of expended energy in the Wireless sensor network operates according to IEEE802.15.4 standard in cases where some of sensors get out of work for limited periods of time. The results showed that the hierarchical routing protocols perform better in terms of delay time and transfer rate and the amount of consumed energy than on-demand Distance Vector Routing protocol routing protocol, but suffer larger packet loss due to routing path corruption as a result of sensors crashes.
