This research aimed to use the homomorphic deconvolution, applied for processing seismologic and seismic Data, for processing the georadar Data. To reach this aim, some changes in the algorithm of signal determination have been carried out, in order to match the properties of georadar data, I wrote a computer Program, that include several steps, starting from transforming and reading the field data, and ending by performing the inverse filtering. The research shows the importance of the homomorphic deconvolution to improve the resolution of Georadar-Record by raising the frequency content on the field – georadar data. Using various field data measured at various Locations by different Instruments, to test this method of deconvolution. The results shows the efficiency of this method in differentiation the image of georadar-Record, and consequently help the interpretation, which maximize the applicability of the georadar data.

The aim of this research consists of the study the possibility of using the geophysical methods to estimate the shallow geological structures and to show the detailed lithological changes. The geoelectric and georadar methods have been implemented in an area at Torgau city in Germany. These methods have been applied on polluted aquiferes. Also geotechnical study has been implemented in this area to compare the geophysical results. The results show high resolution in both methods to estimate the underground geological structures. By the integrated both methods, the horizontal and vertical changes of these structures have been estimated with high accuracy.
Latakia is a Syrian city that generates approximately 800 tons per day of municipal solid waste MSW, and the final disposal of MSW is in Al-Bassa open dump with no biogas capturing or leachate collection systems. Thus, a life cycle assessment appro ach LCA was used to determine the optimal strategy of municipal solid waste management. to find the most eco-friendly scenario, first, the composition study of MSW was conducted in Latakia. The results of first step are to be utilized as a reliable data source in establishing a complete picture of the environmental performances of municipal solid waste management systems with a life cycle perspective. The functional unit of the study was selected as one ton of MSW generated in Latakia. System boundaries included treatment and disposal of MSW using different scenarios: the open dump of waste, sanitary landfilling with gas recovery, and a material recovery facility MRF combined with a sanitary landfill and gas recovery. Data on the process was gathered from a field study conducted in Latakia, and from SimaPro 8.3.0 literature and libraries. The data was evaluated with IMPACT 2002+ methodology and the assessed environmental impact categories were climate change, human health, ecosystem quality, and resources. According to the results, while open dumping has been confirmed as the worst waste final disposal method, landfilling with gas recovery and material recovery facility showed better performance and is considered as a solution towards improved sustainability to overcome the existing waste management problem.
The tax breaks are a policies, tax systems, which is awarded to individuals and companies for a variety of purposes, including an investment, and directed towards specific areas attract Tax breaks have multiple effects on the investor, in the sta ges of making an investment decision, for example, it has an impact when preparing the preliminary feasibility study to prove the initial validity for the investment project.
Fever is a common problem in intensive care unit (ICU) patients, A large proportion of patients admitted to the ICU are likely to develop fever of unknown origin at some point of their stay there. Objective: This study aimed to compare between the effects of the application of iced gastric lavage with the application of ice packs to reduce the temperature among critically ill patients. Material and methods: the study was conducted of (40) critically ill patients at ICU department at Al Assad University Hospital and Al Wattani Hospital in Latakia city whose were intubated and there temperature degree ranged from 39 °C to 40 °C lasting for more than 30 minutes ago. The sample was randomly divided into two experimental groups. Two tools were used to collect data. Results: This study showed that iced gastric lavage is more effective than using iced packs to reduce the temperature among critically ill patients. Recommendations: this study recommended to Apply iced gastric lavage alone or with other methods to reduce the temperature degree among critically ill patients.
