This study has been done according to the immune –enzymology (ELISA) to find out the serological test of Delta hepatitis virus and serological test of B Viral hepatitis in 311 positive specimen of HBsAg. The Finding was as follows: 33 specimens (1 0.6 %) confirm the existence of anti – HD. As for HBV and HBD infection, six cases (18.18 %) of them were Coinfection and one case (3.03%) was severing coinfection and its early stage because of the existence of viral multiplication of the HBV (Ag HBe+). The rest of the cases 27 (18.81%) were Sur-infection among which two cases (6.06%) were accompanied by viral multiplication of Ag HBe+ of the HBV.
To study the effect of some fungicides invitro on an isolate of the fungus Cladosporium fulvum(cook) that causes leaf mold on tomatoes, five fungicides were tested Flint - Topsin-M- Score and Collisand Indofil-M at concentrations between 1 - 4000 p pm. The results showed that Score and Indofil-M were the most effective fungicides inhibiting hyphal growth for the isolate even at 10ppm. Also, they inhibited completely the spores germinatios at the 100 ppm. The effects of fungicides Flint and Collis were weak on hyphal growth of the isolate and inhibited almost completely the spores germinatios at 1000 ppm. We didn,t observe clear inhibiting effects of Topsin-M on hyphal on the growth of the spores germinatios at 1000 ppm .
Effect of different degrees of temperature, different levels of pH , different periods of light and four media (PDA, OMA, MEA, CzA) was studied in vitro against the growth of C. gloeosporioides causing anthracnose disease of citrus fruits. The resu lts indicated that the growth of fungus was maximum at temperature 30°C and at pH = (5.5,6,6.5), and Light was unnecessary for the growth of C. gloeosporioides. Among the different media tested PDA and OMA supported the maximum growth of fungus.
