طُورتْ طريقة تحليلية لونية ضوئية جديدة لمعايرة الليزينوبريل بوصفها مادة أوليـة Bulk
و في شكلها الصيدلاني مضغوطات.
تعتمد الطريقة على تفاعل اشتقاق كيميائي بين المركب و مادة 4 -نيتربنزن ثنائي أزونيـوم
رباعي فلور بورات بوسط لا مائي حيث ينتج لوناً يعطي طولَ موجة و امتـصاصاً أعظميـاً
عند 8.393 نم و قد كانت العلاقة ما بين الامتصاص و التركيز خطية عند هذه الموجة ضـمن
المجال 5 – 50 ميكروغراماً / مل .
طبقت هذه الطريقة لمعايرة الليزينوبريل في المضغوطات و قد كانت النسبة المئوية للمردود
98 ± %4.2 و قد كانت النتائج التي حصلنا عليها متوافقة مع تلك التي حصلنا عليها إحصائياً
باستخدام تقانة الاستشراب السائل عالي الأداء الدستورية .
A new colorimetric analytical method was developed for determination of
Lisinopril in bulk and tablets .
The method is depended on derivatization chemical reaction between
Lisinopril and 4- nitrobenzene diazonium tetra fluoro borate in non
aqueous medium to give color derivatives with max. absorption at 293.8 nm
.
The resulting color was measured spectrophotometrically . The absorbance
concentration plots were recti linear over the range 5-50 μg /ml.
The method applied for determination the Lisinopril in Tablet, The
percentage recoveries was 98% ± 2.4.
The results obtained were in accordance with those found using the HPLC
standard method in Pharmacopoeia .

In this paper, we suggest a new modification of CG coefficient �� that satisfies sufficient descent condition and possesses global convergence property under strong Wolfe line search. The numerical results show that our new method is more efficient compared with other CG formulas tested.
