This research includes a simulation of optical code division multiple access system transceiver (OCDMA) of the spectral amplitude coding (SAC). The study investigates the effect of the pulse generator type used in the transmitter SAC-OCDMA of direct detection technique and the effect of the length of the optical fiber on the signal quality factor (Q) and on the bit error ratio( BER) . The aim of this study, the development of systems and controls set standards and methods of restoration and protection and maintenance to operate this business in the right direction and straighten restoration goals in the right direction away from reconstructive mistakes that we are experiencing as a result of the absence of references and standards reconstructive and especially in our country.
Optical fiber is one of the most important communications media in communication system. Due to its versatile advantages and negligible transmission loss it is used in high speed data transmission. There are various types of optical fiber, the Fibe r Bragg Grating (FBG) is commonly chosen as important components to compensate the dispersion in optical communication system. Because the low cost of filter for wavelength selection and low insertion loss, it has also customized reflection spectrum and wide bandwidth. The simulation of transmission system will be analyzed based on different parameters using OptiSystem simulator. By simulating a model of communication system and using the most suitable settings of the system which include input power, fiber cable length (km) and attenuation coefficient (dB/km) at cable section, there are three different parameters will be investigated, which are Signal power, Noise power, output power at receiver.
The effect of presence of gelatin, pectin and starch with 0.5% and carrageenan 0.2% in the yogurt had been studied. Many tests techniques as viscosity, penetration for yogurt gel, whey separation and sensory evaluation had been established and com pared.
