The objective of this study was isolate and identify bacteria which was carried mechanically and biologically on house fly (Musca domestica )in poultry and animal farms .in this study samples of M. domestica were collected from 6 farms of animal farms in different areas of Latakia . Bacteriological laboratory tests were conducted for (80) samples of M. domestica and (10) samples of dead bird . bacterial cultures on selective or general environments showed different strains of micrococcus (Staphylococcus spp. ,Enterococcus spp.) and Bacillus (Pasteurella spp. , E.coli , Salmonella spp. , Pseudomonas spp.) these species were further classified using the API kit system . API tests was showed entrant isolations between house fly and ill birds which important in disease locality : Salmonella choleraes, Staphylococcus aureus, E.coli, klebsiella pneumonia.

Livestock is an important source of national income, but it is always vulnerable to various diseases and epidemics that lead to massive economic losses. These losses amount to hundreds of millions of Syrian pounds
Bacterial deposition method was applied over hard to detect microbial community transmission of the germs with air by droplets and dust combine in some poultry farms chicken broiler and hen layer after determining the level of the microbial load in the barns. - Observed in this study that most of the farms studied the conditions did not apply the proper care and education in terms of ventilation and servicewhich impact positively on the growth and reproduction of bacteria and increased bacterial load and fit the level of contamination parcels with high temperatures and humidity for some bacteria, including Staphylococcus and Streptococcus. - As results showed in the classification of isolates according to the api that tests for Staphylococcus aureus bacteria (Staphylococcus xylosus Staphylococcus aureus), Escherichiacoli and (Homophilesparagallinarum) Also transmission of infection and diagnosis of injury satisfactory bacterial isolates from compatible ambient air in poultry flocks in adjacent pens in farms.
The study of the microbiological pollution of the air of some poultry farms located in the central region of Syria has been conducted in this research. Six poultry farms have been chosen, three of them are located in the south western of Homs governorate and the rest are in the west of it..
Poultry litter is an organic waste in Syria which can be a source of clean energy if treated anaerobically. This research aimed to investigate the effect of mechanical pretreatment of poultry litter in producing biogas and methane. Experiments wer e performed in units of fermentation laboratory on samples ground spread over parts diameters 1 mm, 3 mm, and 10 mm at at 37°C temperature, for a period of 42 days and compared with untreated samples mechanically.
The Syrian Agricultural Sector plays an important role in the national economy for the sector offers jop opportunities for about 50% of the total Syrian Labor Forces. Furthermore, the sector Provides foods and clothes for citizens, raw materials f or national industry and ameliorates trade balance deficit. Cotton is considered one of the social and strategic crop because about 18% of the total Syrian Labor Forces are engaged in cotton affairs starting from plantation to consumers. Additionally, cotton is an exporting crop. In this regard, cotton exporting goods include raw materials, delinted, weaving, textiles and clothes with values of tenths of billions of Syrian Pounds annually. - Cotton cultivation comprises about 20% of the annually irrigated areas, and thus reflecting its relative importance of the Syrian Agriculture. Therefore, our economical study on cotton includes several aspects such as agricultural, productivity, trading, social and industrialization. The study is based on official statistical data, which was been analyzed and discussed in according with certified scientific principles for such studies.
