شهد العالم في السنوات الماضية قفزة نوعية في مجال العلوم الفيزيائية الطبية و لاسيما ما يتعلق بتطبيقات الليزر في الحالات المرضية المختلفة حتى أصبح أداة لا يمكن الاستغناء عنها من قبل بعض الاختصاصات مثل التجميل و الجراحة.
لكل نوع ليزر هناك نسيج أو عدة أنسجة يؤثر فيها بشكل نوعي دون سواها، و يؤدي هذا التأثير إلى إنتاج حرارة عالية في النسيج المعالج، و هذه الحرارة هي التي تظهر الخواص العلاجية لليزر، لذلك فإن الاستعمال الأمثل لأجهزة الليزر يجب أن يكون بعد فهم التفاعل المتبادل بين الليزر و النسيج الحيوي و فهم العوامل الفيزيائية المؤثرة في العلاج التي لها الأثر الكبير في الأثر الحراري و من ثم يمكن التحكم من تقليل الأذية الحرارية غير المرغوب فيها.
Recently laser applications have been expanding to include many fields.
Among these, are medical laser surgery and biological applications. It is
important to understand the interaction mechanisms that may occur when
applying laser light to biological tissues in order to minimize damage to the
tissues resulting from extra heat applied. The aim of this study is to study the
temperature distribution in living biological tissues when laser irradiation is
used in a treatment by solving bio-heat equation.
