تُعدُّ العناصر المُشكِّلة التَّركيب النَّحوي واحدةً من أهمِّ البنى اللغوية لخطاب التَّوازي في النسق اللغوي: الشعري و النثري؛ لأنَّ التوازي مركّب من سلسلتين لغويتين متواليتين، أو أكثر لنظام نحوي و صرفي واحد . فالتوازي شكل من أشكال التنظيم النّحوي، يتمثَّل في تقسيم النَّص، و تقطيعه إلى تراكيب و عناصر متساوية، تعطي بعداً إيقاعيّاً منتظماً، يتجلَّى في طول النغمة و قصرها، سواء أكان التوازي تامّاً، أم جزئياً، مقطَّعاً تقطيعاً طويلاً، أم قصيراً بوساطة الواو الرابطة . و هذا النّمط من الخطاب اللغوي الذي يقطّع النَّصَّ اللغوي تقطيعاً لغوياً متساوياً، يكسب التركيب انسجاماً، و إيقاعأ لايتوافران في أيِّ نصٍّ آخر.
Indubitably, elements constituting the syntactic structure are one of the significant linguistic features of the symmetrical discourse in the linguistic order whether poetry or prose; since the symmetry discourse consists of two, or more, adjacent linguistic series. However, the symmetrical discourse is one form of syntactic arrangements, as appears in organizing the text, and dividing it into similar constituents that soon bring forward a recognizable rhythmical dimension, which becomes clear in how long or short the tone is, whether this symmetrical discourse is full or partial, divided into longer stretches, or shorter ones interconnected by the conjunction 'and'. No doubt that such a type of linguistic discourse, which divides the text into similar segments, acquires it harmony and cadence apparently missing in any other linguistic structure.

The outputs of the interactional relation between residence as a place contains the

studies about the interactional relation between residence and resident and its outputs along
different temporal periods ,but for one direction in many times these studies were linear
away from interlocking ,and did not extract the spacetime positives as a guidelines
which enable to be built up on from another direction to activate that relation positively
and achieving the social and family symmetry and suitability
Upon to that the research concentrates on taking care about the interlocking relation
between resident and residence aiming for its theoretical structure with its spacetime
implementations through evaluation and analysis ,which in turn work towards extracting a
route guidelines depending on the positive outputs of that interactional relation as a
pushing fulcrum points towards suitability among the components of that relation
achieving a branch of the social symmetry .working at the same time on declaring its
negative outputs for avoiding and stopping it according to its role in creating a sociable
isolation.

wars, the oldness… etc.) That was due to urgent need for right evaluation proces

understand the structural and function status of the building and make the right decision.
The research includes the clarification of the importance of building structural
evaluation in addition to the basis and criteria of cracked buildings classification regarding
their structural and technical status.
The structural and technical evaluation for concrete building is considered as nonrepetitive
unique process, which has its particularity due to its link with large group of
indicators ( concrete natural and structure- structural system - the natural and intensity of
failures and cracks …etc.) Therefore, the evaluation process based on groups of
measurements, tests and views. The personal experience of the engineer has an important
role at evaluation process.
The research includes the preparation of scientific methodology to evolution process
and designing structural and technical evaluation software to evaluate cracked buildings
and limit the personal and mood role of the engineer during evaluation process. In addition
to that, the software will include applications from the real situations.
