Copper chromite (CuCr2O4) was synthesized by a chemical coprecipitation method. The synthesized samples were characterized using X-ray powder diffraction technology (XRD). The temperature of synthesis was 650°C.
This work includes study of Co Zn-ferrite samples doped by Ni which prepared by Ceramic method. Then verified that it had spinel structure by using XRD. In addition we study properties such as electrical resistivity , electrical conductivity , dielec tric constant and loss coefficient. And also we have studied variations of this properties in terms of temperature at different frequencies in the range of (20 -105) Hz.
