Agricultural policy can be defined as the collection of procedures, laws, regulations regarding the agricultural field issued by ruling authorities in a country. The nature of the development of the agricultural issue in Syria during the past five ce nturies has an important influence on forming and shaping Syrian modern economic history, for Syria’s current image is one of the results of its history and not a product of its present day. The purpose of this research is the evaluation of agricultural policy by means of a scientific approach which credits this policy where it has succeeded and reveals its defects in order to correct them. Today, the issue of food security is at stake and can only be dealt with by scientific approaches.
Lab studies in cognition and the psychology of morality have proposed some thematic and linguistic factors that influence moral reasoning. This paper assesses how well the findings of these studies generalize to a large corpus of over 22,000 descript ions of fraught situations posted to a dedicated forum. At this social-media site, users judge whether or not an author is in the wrong with respect to the event that the author described. We find that, consistent with lab studies, there are statistically significant differences in uses of first-person passive voice, as well as first-person agents and patients, between descriptions of situations that receive different blame judgments. These features also aid performance in the task of predicting the eventual collective verdicts.

We consider the problem of using observational data to estimate the causal effects of linguistic properties. For example, does writing a complaint politely lead to a faster response time? How much will a positive product review increase sales? This p aper addresses two technical challenges related to the problem before developing a practical method. First, we formalize the causal quantity of interest as the effect of a writer's intent, and establish the assumptions necessary to identify this from observational data. Second, in practice, we only have access to noisy proxies for the linguistic properties of interest---e.g., predictions from classifiers and lexicons. We propose an estimator for this setting and prove that its bias is bounded when we perform an adjustment for the text. Based on these results, we introduce TextCause, an algorithm for estimating causal effects of linguistic properties. The method leverages (1) distant supervision to improve the quality of noisy proxies, and (2) a pre-trained language model (BERT) to adjust for the text. We show that the proposed method outperforms related approaches when estimating the effect of Amazon review sentiment on semi-simulated sales figures. Finally, we present an applied case study investigating the effects of complaint politeness on bureaucratic response times.
This paper offered an image about Al-Aktal's life, evolution, tribe, poetry and his rank among his age's poets. It also presented the views of critics, linguists and grammarians on his poetry. Besides, it examined the most prominent linguistic and grammatical phenomena in his poetry. These phenomena took the form of the following: the use of odd words, this was discussed in terms of its definition and types. Examples of his use of odd were presented to illustrate this phenomenon. The other phenomenon is that of departure from accepted norms. Again, the meaning of this phenomenon together with its kinds were explored in the poetry of Al-Aktal. Appropriate instances were offered. The third was the deletion phenomenon whose types, incidents and forms were anaysed from the grammarians' points of view. Lastly, the phenomenon Points of view. Lastly, the phenomenon of using the devices of preceding and reversing words, whose functions were studied in terms of grammarians views supported by proper quotations. The conclusion was an exposition of the most significant findings following this research.
