The contemporary abstract art was one of the artistic trends which tried to destroy the reality form to get into the substance and inner content. It represented non-objective art. Following this trend the lyrical abstractionism of Kandinsky emerged. Kandinsky attended to the color more than the form, and he called his art the internal necessity art. Critics named this art a non-figurative or non-objective art and it became one of phenomena of the plastic art in the beginning of the twentieth century. And this is in line with the concept of abstractionism, which is non-figurative and non-representative. Kandinsky arrived at painting by color only approaching the rank of musical melody systems.

This research work tackles the strange contradiction between the political history and the literary history of the Ottoman period. In the first history, there is a general agreement about its end at the finish of the First World War. In the second , it is commonly held that is end is with the Napolyonic campaign on Egypt in 179g, but some literary historians did not agree; despite this they used the common belief consequently, this work notes that this problem led to two dangerous things: first, the misunderstanding and the underestimation of the Ottoman literature in its important objective and artistic values. After pointing to this problem, the work tries to trace the continued Ottoman elements in the literature of the Renaissance period. It finds out also that this period is so active with the Ottoman reign more than any other period. This in its turn led to the conclusion that the movement of the late Arab literature into modern Arab literature was gradual. Accordingly, this research work considers the First World War as the end of the Arab literature during the Ottoman period.
According to the Geneva Unified Law concerning the commercial papers (bill of exchange – promissory note – and cheque) and domestic trade legislations which have quoted provisions of this law, the capacity of a person to bind himself by the commer cial papers shall be determined by his national law. But the difference of nationality rules from one country to another in gaining nationality, losing it, retrieving it, and resolutions to be followed in conflicts of nationality, lead, on the international level to the situation of multiplicity of nationalities of people, people without any nationality. Also person's right to change his nationality which is considered a matter of human rights, represents the problem of change in the national law that regulates the legal relation, and the foreigner with incomplete capacity might use many pulative ways to hide his lack of capacity to make the other think he has full capacity. These situations are the problems facing the application of national law on the capacity of the commercial obligation.
Automated story generation remains a difficult area of research because it lacks strong objective measures. Generated stories may be linguistically sound, but in many cases suffer poor narrative coherence required for a compelling, logically-sound st ory. To address this, we present Fabula Entropy Indexing (FEI), an evaluation method to assess story coherence by measuring the degree to which human participants agree with each other when answering true/false questions about stories. We devise two theoretically grounded measures of reader question-answering entropy, the entropy of world coherence (EWC), and the entropy of transitional coherence (ETC), focusing on global and local coherence, respectively. We evaluate these metrics by testing them on human-written stories and comparing against the same stories that have been corrupted to introduce incoherencies. We show that in these controlled studies, our entropy indices provide a reliable objective measure of story coherence.
The research Problem lies in the ambiguity of the association relationship between the geometrical shapes and the energy surrounding them and impacting the living things in the architectural and urban space and understanding the architectural design principles that governing the design of geometrical shapes in public and especially architectural buildings commensurate with this relationship.
This study aimed to extent of the distribution of the Van Hiele levels in geometrical reasoning in secondary school students (the second secondary grade), and its relationship with geometric- proof And logical-mathematical thinking, And a random samp le of (200) two hundred students was chosen from both genders from the public schools in the Lattakia city, The research used the Van Hiele geometry test, and she used Achievement test for writing proofs in Geometry, And logical-mathematical thinking test. The results showed the Van Hiele levels of geometrical reasoning were present distributed at the first fourth levels with varying degrees in secondary school students (the second secondary grade), and There was a strong correlation between the two variables (Van Hiele / Geometric proof) for students, and There is a strong and positive relationship between the two variables(Logical-mathematical thinking / Geometry proof) for students, and There was a strong correlation between the two variables (Logical-mathematical thinking / Van Hiele) for students.
