Research aims to detect the big caves (cavern)in basalt regions and determinate its predictable and unpredictable path ,and choosing the ideal application seismic land survey. And the possibility for immediate determination of the cavern in field ,by realizing the incoming cavern indications , at seismic field.

The results of a seismic profiling application are strongly dependent upon field parameters, So every area has its own character and difficulty .To increase the energy of seismic sources and to choose the most suitable source arrays are important factors to avoid the difficulty of the area and to help attenuate ground role. To get good engineering seismic resolution, the displacement of sources must be perpendicular to the profile line within a definite distance .
This investigation was carried out during 2011–2012 season at the biotechnology department\General Commission for Scientific Agricultural Researches in order to detect the presence of Giardia Cysts on fresh vegetables and irrigation water using PC R technique to detect the status of Giardia cysts in ten different agricultural areas of Damascus Countryside. 120 samples including, 40 irrigation water and 80 vegetables samples were randomly collected and tested. Out of 120 samples examined, only 25.8 % were contaminated with Giardia cysts and these included 37.5% of irrigation water samples and 20% of fresh vegetables samples. G. lamblia cysts were detected in 12.5% of examined samples, 17.5% of irrigation water samples and 10% of fresh vegetables samples. The majority of contaminated samples (41.6%), (25%) for Giardia and G. lamblia, respectively were from Misraba area without statistically significant with Kafrein area, which showed the lowest contamination with Giardia cysts (8.33%) and was free of G. lamblia cysts. This study confirmed the importance of application of molecular biology methods in the detection of Giardia on vegetables and their Irrigation water, since used primers showed high specificity and sensitivity in the detection of the Giardia genus and discriminate the Human pathogenic type, G. lamblia.
This essay displays one of probabilities at Geographical Information System (GIS) as a decision support system to select the best way to carry project's remainders (excavations and garbage of works), in addition to observing topographic character istics of the study area and the nature of roads which are existed formerly and imposed bonds at the movement of machines as free as possible, As a result, we will obtain the saving economical way to carry, which is a tied goal equation with groups of related bonds about the actual of different ways, and that is accomplished by Geographical Information System. Therefore, it is possible to consider this system as a help tool to improve the effective of approval decision to shorting time at engineering projects.
This paper studies a practical laboratory research of the possibility of utilizing the natural resources available in the country, namely Basalt, which is available in large quantities in the southern region (Al-Suwayda) in order to demonstrate the extent to which it meets the requirements of standard specifications for use in the manufacture of (Reinforced) concrete by means of testing the resistance of pressure and tensile by splitting and the elasticity coefficient of hardened (rigid concrete) at Different ages (3-7- 28) days. As a result, pressure resistance tests increased by approximately 20 % with the maturating period progress of concrete mixtures. The pressure resistance of concrete mixtures prepared using basalt pebbles was approximately 18% higher than the pressure resistance of concrete formed usingcalcite(calcareous) pebbles in ages above 7 days There was also a slight decrease of 8% in the split tensile resistance of the studied samples prepared with basalt minerals , compared with the samples prepared using calcite (calcareous) pebble and this resistance increases over time . As for the elasticity coefficient , a 20% increase in the elasticity coefficient of the concrete was noticed with the maturating of the concrete mixtures compared to the referential mixture.
This paper studies a practical laboratory process of the possibility of benefiting from an important resource of the natural resources available in the country, namely "Basalt" which is found in large quantities in the southern region (As-Suwayda) to demonstrate how much it meets the requirements of Standard Specifications for use in the manufacture of concrete by testing five design mixtures of concrete , of which the cubic dimensions are (15% x 15) cm and the cylindrical dimensions are (15 * 30 cm) with different percentages of the basaltic and dolomitic calcareous compounds used in them as follows: (0% basalt and 100% lime),( 25% basalt and 75% lime) , (50 % basalt 50 % lime) (75% basalt 25% lime), (100%basalt and 0% lime) on the strength of pressure and tensile strain by Splitting and Moduls of Elasticity of ages (28-7-3) days, and its effect on the behavior of Reinforced Structural Elements susceptible to shear and Bending through testing Reinforced beams of dimensions (16 × 12 × 200) cm on shear, Bending and cracking Moduls (Coefficient) with ages of (14-28) days.
