Multi-modal transport is a new legal transport system that aims to develop and activate the international transport of goods, it has become an essential part of the global supply chain which is essentially based on safety and quick delivery of the product from producer to consumer through a combination of highly efficient operations and logistics services in various countries of the world. This paper deals with the subject of multi-modal transport and the possibility applied in Lattakia port as it is the first container port in Syria. It also tries to describe the reality of Lattakia port, study and analysis the multi-modal transport elements as a network of roads and railways connecting the port inland areas and free zones to the neighboring states. The research also addresses the technological infrastructure in the container terminal of Lattakia port and focuses on the work of the customs administration, as the reform of the customs work and automatization of the fundamental factors are important for the establishment of an effective multimodal transport. Based on the results, the research presents some recommendations to activate the multi-modal transport and make Lattakia port an essential link in the logistical chain of regional and international transport.

In view of the economic efficiency of container transport we determine reality and prospects for the development of container transport in Syria and issues that impede growth in container handling at the port of Latakia, by examining the number of in coming and outgoing containers and cargo quantities almhwah, the importance of Syria's geographical location as a crossroads of three continents and study and analysis of syrian exports and how to increase it by increasing the rate of revenue growth and the declining ratio of production requirements and increase the number of vessels that are received by the port, in the development of logistics in Syria.
The research aims through his studies to determine the effectiveness of the administrative factors in the application of multi-modal transport system. He also aims to determine the effectiveness of logistical factors in the application of this syst em, and assess the extent of the efficiency of the nessessary infrastructure for the application of this system. The researcher adobted to test his hypotheses on the preliminary data obtained through a distribution of a questionnaire to the workers of the container terminal of the Port of Latakia, the customs agents and shipping companies, and the number of the respondents was about 60 people. The researcher used the "Student" test sample as one sample in order to test his hypotheses. He conducted demographic descriptions for the members of the sample,Cronbach's alpha coefficient to measure the stability was 0,911. The study concluded: Poor logistic service in the container terminal at the Port of Latakia and the weakness of qualified and trained staff to use the method of transport. The researcher found at the end of the study: The need to update all the infrastructure related to each place and take advantage of the geographical location of Syria.
Maritime transport is considered to be one of the most liberal and open industries having really complicated and sophisticated market systems. This sector is prominent in international spread and intensive in capital. It significantly contributed to the development of international economy in general and to economic globalization in particular. Maritime transport is known for embracing almost all new trends in information technology and telecommunication in which they have become the basic features that characterize the global maritime transport sector and essential factors to enhance and upgrade the capacity of seaports due to maritime need to speed in shipping and the follow up of shipments across the countries as well as accuracy and safety in the completion of loading and unloading inside the ports. This research deals with information and communication technology and its application in lattakia port in which study the real condition of IT in lattakia port with an analysis of the information system applied in lattakia international container terminal (Lict) and its utilization in internal and operational processes and the possibility to benefit from it in lattakia port. Based on the results, this research will offer some recommendations to accelerate the automation of all joints of work at lattakia port to achieve an integrated electronic management of the port of lattakia.
The Multi-model transport system inSyria is considered of slow evolution systems as it is capital intensive in alldifferent means (land،marine،air،pipelines) and thus predominated by a high fixed cost economic feature،and this causes an obstacle t o the development of multi-modeltransport،and therefore its inability to compete. But the hard work in improving thetransportation sector (by land،sea،air) and the different modes (train،truck،ship،aircraft) and following the necessarystrategies and logistics to help in developing it،made the transport sector in Syria contributes a significant proportion of GDP.
Recent work in open-domain conversational agents has demonstrated that significant improvements in humanness and user preference can be achieved via massive scaling in both pre-training data and model size (Adiwardana et al., 2020; Roller et al., 202 0). However, if we want to build agents with human-like abilities, we must expand beyond handling just text. A particularly important topic is the ability to see images and communicate about what is perceived. With the goal of getting humans to engage in multi-modal dialogue, we investigate combining components from state-of-the-art open-domain dialogue agents with those from state-of-the-art vision models. We study incorporating different image fusion schemes and domain-adaptive pre-training and fine-tuning strategies, and show that our best resulting model outperforms strong existing models in multi-modal dialogue while simultaneously performing as well as its predecessor (text-only) BlenderBot (Roller et al., 2020) in text-based conversation. We additionally investigate and incorporate safety components in our final model, and show that such efforts do not diminish model performance with respect to human preference.
