This study includes a work to improve the performance of brake shoe which is used in rail, where it depends on heat treatment to brake shoe which is made ​​of gray cast iron, which makes the occurrence of the largest dissolve of the carbon in austenite. It allows obtaining a new crystalline structure of cast iron which has high toughness and high wear resistance. It increases the life service of brake shoe, and increases safety factor on rail way. The test results were compared to the heat treated samples with samples that were not subjected to heat treatment, and treatment processes gave good results that allow to apply these operations on bits currently used on the railway network in Syria.

The spread of the modern data transfer techniques, in modern industrial and agricultural applications, and service areas, leads to the need to transfer this data effectively and flexibly, within installations parts. This research aims to apply the h ybrid mechanism, based on the use of ZigBee technology, and CAN Bus together to ensure the best performance, in accordance with the performance indicators required by the networks of these facilities, in near-real time operation. The study attempts to compare this mechanism with other mechanisms proposed in similar research. The proposed solution supports the use of a hybrid data transfer networks, based on the internetworking of CAN Bus networks, using a backbone based on wireless ZigBee technology. This solution proposes an appropriate structure for gateways between the hybrid parts of the network. The research has concluded that the proposed mechanism preference, compared with the proposed mechanisms in similar research, according to the standards of performance indicators, is suitable for this kind of networks, as it allows us to recommend the use of this mechanism in the service and industrial applications. The NS2 network simulator is used to evaluate and compare the obtained results.
UDify is the state-of-the-art language-agnostic dependency parser which is trained on a polyglot corpus of 75 languages. This multilingual modeling enables the model to generalize over unknown/lesser-known languages, thus leading to improved performa nce on low-resource languages. Economic growth and high competition have put a strong pressure on construction companies to improve their productivity and performance. Many studies on performance measurement have been carried out at the project level. Recently, the demand for perf ormance evaluation at the company level has increased. This paper aims to identify a set of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). A List of 20 potential performance indicators has been identified according to Balance Score Card (BSC) through a quantitative and qualitative analysis. We have obtained the required information about the relative importance of the indicators through interviews with six experts in the construction industry to determine the size of the relative importance of each indicator, on the grounds that a large number of performance indicators are difficult to measure and control. We have adopted the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to identify fewer and more effective performance indicators. And we have used Expert Choice software to analyze expert answers. As a result, we have obtained 9 important indicators which can be directly used as indicators to measure and identify performance projects or as indicators within an integrated system, for performance measurement and tracking helps in improving the performance of construction projects in Syria.

This research aims to determine how to improve the performance of the network to get rid of the congestion by using advantages of the algorithms used to avoid congestion that may occur in the networks that rely TCP protocol . The goals of these algorithms is to reach stability in the network by working to achieve the principle of package saving. Also within this scope it has been studied, and compared some of the algorithms that used to avoid congestion in general, without relying on a specific protocol or specific service category.
