In this paper samples of poly vinyl chloride PVC ,pure, irradiated
with Gama rays, were prepared by casting method in room
temperature and light, and under atmosphere pressure.
It was observed from this research that irradiation made real effect
on some of the studied optical properties, the irradiation increased
the transmittance while the electronic transitions kind remained
indirect before and after the irradiation.
We will first introduce the basic ingredient of Fourier methods in
section 1, then we will do some analysis on the Fourier
approximation, in the last section, we will apply the Fourier
method to solve some ODEs . we will write Matlab code for
num
erical result .
this paper illustrates two methods of having a desired sectoral pattern using the
techniques of antenna synthesizing ,we will calculate the array excitation coefficients by
using Fourier transform and Woodward method , beside studying the effect of
increasing
the array elements on the desired radiation pattern and the side loop level at a constant
distance. Finally we will compare the results of the two methods showing their advantages
and disadvantages.
Forty-five Bacillus isolates were obtained from different foods (spices,
grains, dried milk), the isolates were identified using traditional method from
Bergey's manual based on morphological tests (gram staining, spores staining),
physiological t
ests (optimum growth temperature, pH, NaCl concentration) and
biochemical tests (Voges-Proskauer, gelatin hydrolysis, esculin hydrolysis, β-
Galactosidase test, Lysine decarboxylase and Ornithine decarboxylase,
production of acid from different sugars). Bacterial suspensions were prepared
from the isolates and FTIR spectrums were obtained using ATR unit, which
consists of ZnSe prism, by scanning at the range of 4000-400 cm-1. Results
revealed that the isolates represented 5 species of Bacillus (B. pumilus, B.
subtilis, B. lentus, B. megaterium, B. cereus) and the potential of Fourier
transform infrared spectroscopy-attenuated total reflectance (FTIR-ATR)
method as a reliable method for discrimination among Bacillus isolates, which
is accurate, rapid, easy to apply and cheap.
