Reconstruction of mandibular defects after trauma or tumor resection is one of
the most challenging problems facing by maxillofacial surgeons. Few mandibular defects require not just
a fixation of an implant, but the reconstruction of the entire ma
ndible. The aim of this study was to design
a mandibular prosthesis for a mandibular cancer patient and study its efficacy by stress–strain related
mechanical property using finite element analysis (FEA).
This study aims to investigate the effect of the alveolar ridge shape in
the distribution of stress at the lower removable partial dentures
supported by implants using a finite element method, with four models
for a half mandible are designed with
a free end saddle using an
ANSYS program and Canine was abutment, where the remaining ridge
is representing the four alveolar ridge shapes (horizontal and distal
descending and concave and distal ascending), two removable partial
dentures were designed for each model one supported by tooth and
fibromucosa and another one supported by tooth and implant, it has been
applied a load of 50 Newton on all models and has been studied stress
equivalent for each model.
Many factors such as direction of mandibular growth, early loss of
deciduous molars, the effect of maxillary and mandibular lengths
and incisor and molar inclination can be associated with crowding.
The aim of study to evaluate the effect of mandibular anterior
crowding on maxillary and mandibular base lengths and ANB
angle in the early mixed dentition .
Lower incisor crowding ( L.I.C ) is identified as the
discrepancy between mesiodistal tooth widths of four permanent
incisors and available space in the alveolar process. However,
incisor crowding is not merely a tooth-arch size discrepancy. Many
factors such as incisor inclination can be affect crowding
development.
the aim of search. Was studying effect of mandibular anterior
crowding on maxillary and mandibular incisor position in the early
mixed dentition.
Individuals with dental crowding are the most frequent patients in
the orthodontic clinic. Therefore, it is useful to know the
contributing factors of dental crowding for planning of orthodontic
treatment and achieving stability and retention.
Th
e aim the study. Was studying effect of teeth sizes and linear
and angular dental Measurements on mandibular anterior
crowding in the early stage of mixed dentition.
The Rootcanal treatment is considered as the most accurate one
followed in (( dentistry )), which need a right diagnosis and exact
treatment steps to be performed completely for an excellent
prognosis treatments ended by along time –perfect success.

The treatment with implant overdenture is wildly spreading around the globe. The implant overdenture has become a main options when we make our treatment plan . It is spreading world wild with the improvement of implantation systems. In some cases The dentist can not place the implant in the ideal position and angulation.
