In this research the electroplating method of chromium was used on
iron ore (steel), it is one of the coating methods for the formation of
a roof cover using chromium (III) chloride salts as a source of
chromium and sulfuric acid as a catalyst.
We studying in this research the reaction with Cadmium
sulphate in an aqueous solution by physical - chemical method in
presence of MaleicAcid , and determined compounds which are
formed in this solution and we calculated of it formation the

After we used these electrolytes in plating by Cadmium ,
that is by electro precipitation of this metal on the solid electrodes
(steel, copper) so that we definite the best of these electrolytes for
galvany and the set necessary conditions for its use.
We studying in this research the reaction with Zinc sulphate in an

In This research a surface hardening process by Ni coating and
subsequent diffusion heat treatments was studied at Al7075 alloy.
Nickel coatings with different thickness were obtained.
In this research, has been studied the spread of chromium atoms mechanism, and mechanical and chemical and properties of the diffusion chrome coating layer in low carbon steel, which is considered one of the surface treatment techniques. Where many p
ractical experiences were carried out in the powdery saturation milieu to form a diffusion coating layer containing atomic chromium who will spread inside the painted
surface, and has studied some mechanical and chemical properties after doing diffusion chrome coating.
The tests results showed that the tensile strength and micro hardness and chemical corrosion resistance improved after the diffusion chrome coating, also increased the depth of coating layer By increasing the retention time in the oven and temperature, where this relationship is reflected with curve of the second degree. Conversely ductility decreased.
Search results confirm the possibility of using diffusion chrome coating as a promising treatment in raising the efficiency of machinery elements that prone to oxidation or chemical corrosion in different temperatures.
In this research we studied and measured the response and absorbance for some metals (zinc, copper, iron, aluminum) which are exposed to the direct light and painted with black, which has a high absorbance and low emittance, and with different thickn
esses (to obtain black bodies) with higher absorption. we took the measurement on the painted metals for each thickness of the paint in the laboratory first using tow lamps 30 watt and 100 watt to compare the absorption of these metals of the radiation from these two lamps with the absorption of the solar radiation and make sure that the absorption is similar of the two situations, then we took the measurements in AL- Kadmous Area which is 900m above sea level using direct solar radiation , and we found the relationship between the absorbance and the paint thickness.
The use of composite materials, and modern technology of plasma
spraying has provided a possibility to obtain a coating with very special
properties. Owing to physics- chimecs changes, changeable valence, low
thermodynamic strength for Ferro-oxide
s the coating, which made from
Ferro oxide composite, has very high specifications investment, and
provides protection for machines which work in difficult circumstances.
Ferro oxide composites behavior, during spraying, studies shows that
changes which took place in these materials are similar to those which
happened during sintering. An influence of plasma generator current
intensity has been studied on microhardness of forming phases, on phases
structure propositions, and on porosity. Microhardness increase when
current intensity was increased, while porosity is decreased.
Wear resistance has also been studied for this post in both, dry and wet
(oily) friction circumstances. Comparable with other materials it has been
found that Ferro oxide materials had a high resistance for wear and a low
friction coefficient.
It is also important that when selecting the spraying materials, to
determine requirements which we need from coating and to analyze its
investment circumstances on specific elements of machines to obtain a
high investment properties coating.
