The use of composite materials, and modern technology of plasma spraying has provided a possibility to obtain a coating with very special properties. Owing to physics- chimecs changes, changeable valence, low thermodynamic strength for Ferro-oxides the coating, which made from Ferro oxide composite, has very high specifications investment, and provides protection for machines which work in difficult circumstances. Ferro oxide composites behavior, during spraying, studies shows that changes which took place in these materials are similar to those which happened during sintering. An influence of plasma generator current intensity has been studied on microhardness of forming phases, on phases structure propositions, and on porosity. Microhardness increase when current intensity was increased, while porosity is decreased. Wear resistance has also been studied for this post in both, dry and wet (oily) friction circumstances. Comparable with other materials it has been found that Ferro oxide materials had a high resistance for wear and a low friction coefficient. It is also important that when selecting the spraying materials, to determine requirements which we need from coating and to analyze its investment circumstances on specific elements of machines to obtain a high investment properties coating.

As a result of the industrial progress absolved by the world in all fields, new materials have been produced that have excellent engineering properties at low economical cost. Therefore, we have done this research by greening a composite material with a metal base (aluminum 6061) reinforced with stainless steel wire A304.
This paper is targeting towards studying on the possibility to modify some properties of unsaturated Polyester compounds by adding rubber materials in order to improve its flexibility property. For this target, Waste of cars' tires was used in two forms powder and pieces, and the liquid rubber Styrene-butadiene was used as another type of rubber. After that the modification was detected by measuring the possibility of the resulted compound materials to absorb vibration power, and reduce the noise that is produced by eccentric crankshaft circulation at different rotating speeds, (300, 500, 700) rpm. Test results demonstrate that there will be Modification in the construction of the compounds at low rotating speeds (300 rpm). On the other hand, it demonstrates different results at high rotating speeds.
In this research, has been studied the spread of chromium atoms mechanism, and mechanical and chemical and properties of the diffusion chrome coating layer in low carbon steel, which is considered one of the surface treatment techniques. Where many p ractical experiences were carried out in the powdery saturation milieu to form a diffusion coating layer containing atomic chromium who will spread inside the painted surface, and has studied some mechanical and chemical properties after doing diffusion chrome coating. The tests results showed that the tensile strength and micro hardness and chemical corrosion resistance improved after the diffusion chrome coating, also increased the depth of coating layer By increasing the retention time in the oven and temperature, where this relationship is reflected with curve of the second degree. Conversely ductility decreased. Search results confirm the possibility of using diffusion chrome coating as a promising treatment in raising the efficiency of machinery elements that prone to oxidation or chemical corrosion in different temperatures.
This study deals with the friction and wear behavior of coating layers (fluoride and Graphite). The coatings are thermally sprayed on cast iron disks. Sliding is performed between cylindrical pins manufactured from organic brake linings and the coated and uncoated disks. The coatings are characterized by measuring their hardness, porosity, and corrosion resistance. The corrosion resistance of the coating is tested by exposure to Nacl for 150 hours; the coating layer has had the best corrosion resistance. The friction and wear tests are conducted under contact pressures of (1.5 MPa to 7 MPa) and sliding speeds of 1 and 3 m/sec.
This research includes an experimental study for the manufacture of a composite material based on polymer (unsaturated polyester), reinforced with random fiberglass at different weight fractions. By suite, it has been studied some mechanical prope rties of the models manufactured, to determine the effect of glass fiber content on the tensile strength, hardness and impact resistance. This study has shown that the best results were for samples reinforced by 40% fiberglass, where the tensile strength increased about 70%, hardness up to 30%, and impact resistance about 43%. It will be observed that the mechanical properties decrease clearly at 60% of weight fraction of fiberglass. This fact can be related to the quantity of unsaturated polyester become inadequate for recharge of the fibers, which leads to weakness in the forces bonding in composite materials.
