بسبب التكاليف الباهظة في تصنيع القوالب يجب علينا اختيار التصميم الأمثل لها من خـلال معرفـة
أسباب حدوث العطب ( الفشل ) فيها . و يمكن اعتبار تركز الإجهادات في القوالب و التي تنشـأ عنـد
الفتحات و الثقوب و التغيرات المفاجئة في المقطع ، و التي تعد من ال
عوامل الأساسية في حدوث الفشل
لأجزاء القالب . و نظراً لأن تلك القوالب لا تكاد تخلو من أحد المسببات السابقة الذكر أو جميعهـا و
بأشكال و أوضاع مختلفة بالنسبة لاتجاه التحميل. و كذلك بسبب استخدام تلك القوالـب فـي الإنتـاج
الكمي الذي يؤدي لتعرضها إلى إجهادات دورية متعاقبة و مختلفة بالمقدار أو بالاتجاه التي تزيد مـن
فشل القالب بسبب التعب .
خلاصة البحث :
أوضحت نتائج البحث أن قيمة معامل تركز الإجهاد عند الشقوق تتأثر بزاوية جذر الشق و عمقـه
و نصف قطره و لكن تأثير العمق يكون ملحوظاً بشكل أكبر لأن معامل تركز الإجهاد يزداد مـن 64.1
إلى 02.5 عند زيادة العمق من mm 5 إلى mm 15 .
The quick consuming of products and the strong competition
between producers caused to increase the complexity of products, so
the digital factory became a need between design and producing
actually to achieve a production system with a shorter ti
me and
optimal design and parameters without engineering modifications.
This research offering a reference model basing on a complete
framework between the engineering applications to build a
computational model with a single core based on the integration
between three dimensions modeling and automation of application
for digital factory concept, to optimize the design of achieving the
ideal execution of actual production system. Where we achieved the
control of three-dimensional computer model according to process
automation exactly as in actual through integrating tools, where the
percentage of exact between the real factory and digital factory was
83% by using the time of process as the main factor for comparison
in this evaluation.
This research offers a new concept for an Automated Distributed Design
System (ADDS). This method relies on using a software tool to control
of industrial engineering software, as in practice style of design depends
on the experience of designers
and may be they have to spend a lot of
time in the understanding and be in the harmony of the work.
