يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على الأساليب التي يستخدمها الموظفون
و الموظفات للتأثير على رؤسائهم في بيئة العمل الحكومية، و على أكثر و أقل تلك الأساليب
استخداماً، و كذلك التعرف على الاختلافات بين الموظفين و الموظفات في استخدام هذه
الأساليب، و على علاقة المتغيرات الشخصية بأساليب التأثير على الرؤساء.
The object of this research is to identify the techniques used by
male and female staff to influence their chiefs in the governmental
work environment in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, especially those
most or less commonly used, and the differences between male
and female employees in the use of these techniques, as well as to
identify the relationship of personal variables with the methods of
influence and the most important factors affecting the techniques
used by subordinates to influence their chiefs.
