Fattypolyamide was prepared by reaction of (1,5-Diamino pentane) with dimeric fatty acid C36 in molten state. The reaction was performed at 110 C˚ without catalyst, then with (Phosphoric acid, Sulphoric acid and Manganese dioxides). The Kinetic st udy was carried out on the reaction and followed by determining the acid value of the product. The polyamidation reaction was found to be on the overall a second order up to 59% conversion. Then the reaction order changes. We found that the Catalyst increases the velocity of the reaction with manganese dioxides the best Catalyst. The Degree of Polymerization, Number Average Molecular Weight and Weight Average Molecular Weight have been calculated during different times. The relationships between Degree of Polymerization and Number Average Molecular Weight, Weight Average Molecular Weight with times are linear until 59%conversion at 110˚C with used catalysts. The highest (N.A.M.W) and (W.A.M.W) was accomplished with the Catalyst MnO2.
Methodsof soils cultivating and organic fertilizer are considered as the most important operations that change the soil; and prepare it to receive multiplications units of the crops that we want to plant and to provide the suitable conditions for feeding the plant later, and to increase the production and to improve the quality along with keeping the various properties of the agriculture soil.
In this research study of the conditions necessary for the preparation of a chemical compound hydroxyapatite HA [HA: Ca10 (PO4) 6 (OH) 2] Depending on normal vital source ( eggshell ) , which contains a large amount of calcium carbonate , which wil l be dealt with Acetic acid for acetate calcium Ca (CH3COO)2 , which in turn will be dealt with disodium hydrogen phosphate Na2HPO4, where and to prepare the treatment process depends on several factors , including: the concentration of the solutions , Solution temperature, stirring speed and addition , the degree of purity of the material used and its source, and the pH of the solution PH . The study showed that the chemical formula of the compound outlined in the bunting record is: Ca10 (PO4) 6 (OH) 2 and has a Molar ratio Ca / P stood at 1.65344 and preparation process was the best in the burned model of the form , dried and this was confirmed by sampling study of the two models , dried and burned in IR spectroscopy and spectroscopy x-ray diffraction XRD where the burned model output was crystalline either in the form of dried product was mixed crystalline and crystalline .
It was investigated in this study the influence of Carboxymethylcellolose (CMC) solution concentration, temperature, and pH on the rheological properties according to the shear stress as function of shear rate. Experimental results show that shea r stress increase at all operational conditions as the shear rate increase. When the shear rate is constant, the shear stress increases also with the increasing of both concentration and pH as well as the decreasing of temperature.
A novel Azo-Schiff base ligand L 2-[1.5-Dimethyl-3-[2-(5-methyl-1H-indol- 3-yl) - ethylimino] - 2 - phenyl - 2,3 - dihydro - 1H - pyrazol - 4 - ylazo] - 5- hydroxy -benzoic acid has been synthesized from reaction 1.5-Dimethyl-3-[2-(5- methyl- 1H - indol - 3 - yl) - ethylimino] - 2 - phenyl - 2.3 - dihydro - 1H - pyrazol - 4 - ylamine (A) with m-hydroxy benzoic acid. Then, its Zn(II), Cd(II) and Hg(II) complexes were synthesized with the general formula [ML1Cl] where M = Zn(II), Cd(II) and Hg(II) are reported. The ligand and its metal complexes have been characterized by elemental analysis, metal content, Chloride containing, molar conductance, FT-IR, 1H and 13C- NMR, UV-Vis spectra, magnetic susceptibility, thermal analysis, and mass spectra. The activation thermodynamic parameters, such as ΔE*, ΔH*, ΔS* ΔG* and K are calculated from the TGA curve using Coats-Red fern method. The all prepared complexes were assayed for antibacterial (Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus) activities by disc diffusion method. The results indicate that all tested ligand and complexes show antibacterial activity against E. coli and S aureus, as gram negative and positive bacteria.
