The research was performed by isolating some species of soil- fungi from agricultural soils handling with different pesticides and fungicides. Where the following fungi were isolated: Aspergillus niger (The isolates A1 and A2), Fusarium oxysporum (The isolate F), Trichoderma harzianum (The isolate T). Also F. solani (The isolate F7) and T. viride (The isolate T.v) were used, whereas they were taken from high studies laboratory- Science Faculty- Tishreen University at a previous search. The research was conducted to assay the ability of the previous fungi to degradation a number of pesticides, the insecticide "Dolan", the insecticide "Plantocide", the nematicide "Vydate" and the fungicide "Bayfidan", through the effect of double dose of each pesticides in the biomass of the studied fungi on PDB medium. In addition to analysis the results residues of pesticides using Spectrophotometer, and evaluation the pH values.

A Study was carried out to evaluate the impact of some insecticide. The results showed that no effects on growth of the studied fungi were observation when Deltamethrin and Chlorpyrifos were used by the low concentration.
This research aimed to study the possibility of using a digital camera in estimating soil color and compare it with Munsell soil color chart, and then study the correlation between soil color as important classification properties and soil content of organic matter, soil content of total carbonate and soil Texture.
The study was carried out to comparison between of of three controlling treetments, of soil-borne fungi in greenhouses. The treetments were as follows: An treeted control, Formalin 3%, soil Solarization + animal manur and solarization for 50 days, and 0 , 5, 10 ,15 and 20 cm depth.
Five Species of the most widely consumed fish in the Syrian Coast (namely Merluccius merluccius, Diplodus sargus, Siganus luridus, Lithognathus mormyrus, and Chelon labrosus). were selected for this research. Samples were collected from the fish m arket in lattakia, with weight ranging between 150 and 200g. Samples were cleaned by removing scales and inner organs, freezed at -35°C for five hours and then stored at - 18°C for a maximum period of six months. Chemical analysis of fish samples was carried out before and after freezing periods of one week, 1, 2, 4 and 6 months. Analysis included determination of moisture, proteins, lipids, acidity, volatile nitrogen, and peroxide value. Organoleptic evaluation was also performed on the control (fresh samples) and on the frozen samples after thawing and frying. The evaluation included taste, flavor, color, texture or meat consistency and form homogeneity.
The results of studying of histological structure of leaf and stem , stomata patterns, the shape and size of stomata and the shape of epidermis cells and its walls between some of hypericum genus spceis (family clusiaceae), show that there are rel evant anatomical differences among the studied species, which can be considered as taxonomical criteria for distinguishing the studied species of Hypericum genus from each other.
