Architectural design process is relatively complex considered due to the different content with users difference, therefore, each design has its own advantages that are difficult to standardize the process, as some have seen as architectural design that is a process of producing a one-time, making it difficult architectural design quality measurement result of not atypical The criteria used. Architectural design will be addressed as a result of a series of decisions on the key aspects that make up the elements of quality in design and that it must work to improve the quality of any design process. The research presents a theoretical study on the global architectural design used for quality assessment tools (eg DQI, DEEP, AEDET, HQI, LEED, BREEAM, BQA) to see the certified quality standards in each tool as a step towards the formation of a general framework for the concept of the architectural design of residential buildings quality of during a field study of the standards derived to determine the architectural design standards for residential buildings in Latakia The research found a set of standards governing the quality of the architectural design of residential buildings in Lattakia.

Housing is considered void that protects the rights of the external factors and provide him with the necessary requirements, and depending on the quality and the pioneers of global research in this range, the most important measure of the quality o f the residential building is the degree of satisfaction achieved by the building of the user , Since users are the first to be affected by the decision of the house's design to understand they have the right to participate in decision-making in the design process. The research presents a field study on the posts in the design of residential buildings in the city of Latakia in order to check the impact of user participation on the quality of the residential building designed by measuring the relationship between the degree of user participation and the amount of satisfaction from their homes. The research found that the user has the participation of a major role in raising the quality of the design of the apartment building in the city of Latakia in line with available resources.
The architectural design process is a repetitive process that the architect repeatedly undertakes to obtain a satisfactory architectural vocabulary or architectural product. This taming process starts according to three frameworks of this design? W here is this design? How will it be implemented over time? And the possibility of developing and improving it to meet the latest developments. In this research, we try to follow the process of repetition with a smart mechanism that can (by ensuring the status of the positive development of the design through the degrees of efficiency of human needs, and gradually seek to increase these grades in the process of taming subject to intelligent gradation guaranteeing high degrees of efficiency), which can be followed for the students of architecture in addition to professional architects In order to improve and develop to meet the needs in abundance Keywords: Architectural Taming, Architectural Structure.
The human has a long history in the adaptation of architectural spaces with a view to its compatibility with the requirements of the environment in which they live, including, try as much as possible to create architecture consistent with the data environment with all its climatic, social and economic components. This mismatch between the architecture and the environment has continued for so long of time right up to contemporary period in our local area and where large gap occurred between architecture and the environment led to the absence of environmental studies in the local buildings, which reflected negatively on the natural environment surrounding components and created buildings uneconomical high cost in terms of operating . Considering that administrative buildings one of the most important urban fabric components of the city was to study the environmental architecture applications in these buildings in the case of the city of Latakia, the great importance which indicated that these buildings are far from the concepts of environmental architecture and it is limited to designs very primitive in terms of the environment and the possibilities of harmony and compatibility with Environment. This gap between the environment and building administrative building invited us to the need to call attention to environmental architecture and quickly begin to develop and controls systems that work to create an administrative building environmental sustainability and achieve the desired economic and interact with the surrounding natural environment and ensure the health and psychological life to its users.
This study aimed at determining some indicators of water quality in Lattakia dams within ten years (2002-2011).The indicators(pH, Electrical conductivity,Total Hardness, ca Hardness, Mg Hardness, Alkalinity, Phenol Alkalinity) in five dams (Balloran, 16 Tishreen, Al-thawra, Al-safarkia and Al-hweez) were studied. The resultsshowed thatpH, Electrical conductivity,Total Hardness, Alkalinity, Phenol Alkalinity, were within the allowed limits according to Syrian standards for drinking and irrigation water and which indicate the presence of pollution water sources.
The research Problem lies in the ambiguity of the association relationship between the geometrical shapes and the energy surrounding them and impacting the living things in the architectural and urban space and understanding the architectural design principles that governing the design of geometrical shapes in public and especially architectural buildings commensurate with this relationship.
