تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم تأثير استخدام الفيبرين الغني بالصفيحات (PRF) على
الاختلاطات التالية لقلع الأرحاء الثالثة السفلية المنطمرة. تضمنت عينة الدراسة 20
مريضاً من الجنسين ترواحت أعمارهم بين 18 و 25 سنة ممن يملكون أرحاء ثالثة سفلية
منطمرة ثنائية الجانب ، تم إجراء قلعين جراحيين لكل مريض بحيث تم تطبيق (PRF) في
السنخ بعد القلع في إحدى الجهتين و اعتبرت بمثابة جهة الاختبار بينما لم يتم تطبيقه في
الجهة الأخرى و التي اعتبرت الجهة الشاهدة .

impacted mandibular third molars were performed in 20 volunteers
(18 to 25 years old). After extraction of right and left mandibular
third molars, the socket at 1 side received the autologous PRF (test
group) and the other was filled with blood clot (control group) .
