يهدف البحث إلى دراسة الخواص الريولوجية و الميكانيكية لمزيج محضر في الشركة الأهلية
للمنتجات المطاطية و البلاستيكية بدمشق، لتصنيع هيكل ناقل الحركة للمولدات الكهربائية محليًا،
و بمواصفات نوعية بحيث يمكن الاستغناء عن استيراد المنتج الأجنبي الموافق.
تم تجهيز المزيج المذكور بعد دراسة مكونات ناقل الحركة المستورد، و إجراء عدة اختبارات على
المواد الأولية المتوافرة في الشركة الأهلية، و باستخدام أسطوانات السحب (الكلندرات) في درجة حرارة
معينة، و سرع قص محددة، و قد تم تصنيع هيكل ناقل الحركة بوساطة آلة مكبسية نموذج Capanaing
Benepetto.
We, in Al AHLIA Company for RUBBER and Plastic Products - Damascus
by Coordination with Damascus University, prepared a typical blend for local
production of the electric generators elastomeric couplings. That was achieved
after a detailed analysis of the properties of the imported couplings. To confirm
our aims, we used the available materiales, equipment and machines in the
company. The coupling moulded by a press machine type CAPANAING
BENEPETO.
