تعد الحماية الجزائية لحقوق المؤلف هي الضمان الذي يتحقق عبره أحد أبرز الأسباب التي تحدو بالمؤلف أن يبدع. و تتمثل هذه الحماية –بشكل خاص- في تجريم الاعتداء الذي قد تتعرض لها أعماله.
و لكن الإشكالية تكمن في أنه مع تجريم الاعتداء على حق المؤلف في الاحترا
م، فإن الواقع العملي لا يسمح بالاطمئنان إلى صيانته، و ذلك في غمرة التحولات الكبرى التي يعج بها عالم اليوم، و التي أفرزتها الثورة الرقمية.
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعريف بعناصر تجريم الاعتداء على حق المؤلف في الاحترام، و تحديد الإطار التشريعي المتبع في تحديدها في التشريعات المقارنة، و خاصة في قانون الملكية الفكرية السوري رقم 12 لعام 2001.

With regard to the subject of this research (Expiation in the verses of the Holy Qur’an, a comparative juristic study), this study has traced the expiation and its manifestation, and the spotlight is revealed on it through its touching in the Quranic verses, with a view to highlighting the merits of legislation, and clarifying its secrets and wisdom, in order to illustrate the reality of the infidels, and a statement For its importance in the life of the Muslim individual, where it gains its great importance from the book, Sunnah, and consensus.
جاءت الشريعة الإسلامية للاهتمام بالإنسان في مراحل حياته كّلها، و لاسيما حينما يكون طفلا فشرعت من الأحكام و الأنظمة ما يحميه و يرعاه.
و الطفل اللقيط له أحكام كثيرة في ثنايا الفقه الإسلامي، تبين أهميته و ضرورة حفظه و تربيته؛ ليغدو فردًا سويًا في مجتمعه و أمته.
