The current research criticizes a classical critical text that appeared in (The Book of Al- Aghani) with two supportive clues: it is reflection to (Musa’b Ibn Abdullah al-Zubeiri), in which it handles the poetry of (Umar Ibn Abi Rabiaa) and highlights his position among contemporaries and peers. This research describes (Musa’b’s) text: it discloses the style, analyses the constituents, interprets the critical terms and viewpoints, tends to pursue the implications through scrutinizing the proposed poetical coexistences, up towards conceptualizing the emerging critical insight-being a critical insight that represents a creative approach within the critical thinking of Arabs. This is due to that the fact that Musa’b’s legacy stands as the primordial classical critical Arabic text that encompasses the receptor’s viewpoint in the comprehensive intuitive experience. Nonetheless, it does not consider the influential impressionistic rules that had been concurrent at that age sufficient, neither finds it efficient to have one, two or three lines of verse to pinpoint its viewpoints, as had been the custom. Rather, it studies the wholesome of Omar’s literary production (Umar’s Anthology) being one single text in which he pours his expertise, thoughtfully penetrates its essence in an attempt to uncover the secrets distinguishability, excellence over its contemporary texts. Therefore, it stands as the first critical Arabic text that examines the (stylistic uniqueness) that characterizes an outstanding creative figure via the creatorreceptor interaction over the domain of the text.

Social media companies as well as censorship authorities make extensive use of artificial intelligence (AI) tools to monitor postings of hate speech, celebrations of violence or profanity. Since AI software requires massive volumes of data to train c omputers, automatic-translation of the online content is usually implemented to compensate for the scarcity of text in some languages. However, machine translation (MT) mistakes are a regular occurrence when translating sentiment-oriented user-generated content (UGC), especially when a low-resource language is involved. In such scenarios, the adequacy of the whole process relies on the assumption that the translation can be evaluated correctly. In this paper, we assess the ability of automatic quality metrics to detect critical machine translation errors which can cause serious misunderstanding of the affect message. We compare the performance of three canonical metrics on meaningless translations as compared to meaningful translations with a critical error that distorts the overall sentiment of the source text. We demonstrate the need for the fine-tuning of automatic metrics to make them more robust in detecting sentiment critical errors.

Street Furniture plays a significant role in shaping the urban environment to which it belongs by giving it a contemporary line that matches the cultural and social development, wherein the final aim is to serve the users. The overwhelming presence o f these devices in the streets makes it a target and a goal at the same time. So the harmony and consistency of these elements with the environment and its surroundings is the basis of the acquisition of aesthetic and functional important value. What we see today in our streets is the growing neglect of this important social space, through the neglect of basic components, and narrowing down its function by transferring it from a meeting place for communication and movement to something to pass by. The most important manifestations of neglect is the way to deal with these items in terms of design, manufacturing and maintenance. It is known that any defect or failure in any of these items means making it out of service, and turning it into an obstacle in the street rather than an element whitch nourishes the place and serves the pedestrians.
This research aims at studying three poems written by Almu’tamed Bin Abad when he was in a prison. It studies the role of language and music in building the structure of the poems. Both language and music reflect an agreement between the form and the content of these poems. As a result, a poetic sense of the poems, that Abn Abad written when he was jailed, can be perceived clearly. These poems were chosen this because they are different from other content in the other poems which reflect experiment of poet
The last few decades witnessed the rise of new approaches or frameworks in the study of International relations. These new approaches are called post positivism. Most of these approaches share a common view regarding the positivist theories which dominated international relations and political science for more than sixty years. The new directions criticize the methodology and the epistemological and ontological assumptions of positivism. In this paper we try to evaluate the contribution of the positivist theories in international relations and the arguments of the new approaches, mainly Critical theory, post-modernism and social constructivism.
