Specialists use many methods to achieve their aimes .These methods help to detect and correct errors ,in addition to identifying and addressing the weaknesses ,or to add more effective tools and aids in order to develop the performance . The kinetic analysis methods adopted by the biomechanics are considered one of the best and most effective methods which help detecting the errors associated with the performance through evaluating the variables representing the performance specifications. This study focuses on the determining the values of the pelvis speed , and stretched bow speed as variables and the speed of Javelin launching and studying the relation between them. This study applied on five Syrian Javelin throwers from the national team who participated in Arab and Asian championships. The study concluded that there was a significant correlation between the speed of pelvis and the launching speed , and there was no significant correlation between the speed of stretched bow and the launching speed neither between the speed of pelvis and the speed of stretched bow. In additionto the low level of the javelin speed lower than world champion's level .There is a weakness in the using of the kinetic transport and in taking advantage from the forces resulting from approach .

The use of kinetic analysis adopted by the biomechanics is significant because it may help to detect the mistakes associated with performance by determining the variables values that represent performance specifications, or to identify and address the weaknesses, or to add more active means and aids to develop the performance. This study focuses on the javelin release speed variable and its relation to the achievement. The study applied on 5 Syrian javelin throwers of national team who participated in Arab and Asian championships. The study concluded that there issignificant correlation between the javelin release speed and the achievement. The study also concluded the low release speed of the javelin compared with international champions. The researcher recommended to give more attention to the development of the javelin release speed and to improve the relevantvariables, and not to adopt the random assessment in determining the reasons of the low level.

The presented paper deals with an implemented speed sensorless direct vector control (DVC) technique based on stator flux orientation algorithm to estimate and control rotor speed of three phase induction motor (IM). The driver system is presented in this paper has a three phase bridge uncontrolled rectifier and space vector pulse width modulated (SV-PWM) inverter to drive and control the speed of the (IM) at different mechanical load conditions. The rotor speed has been obtained by slip frequency estimation instead of use feedback speed sensor. The structure of Volt/Freq via PI-controller is used to control and adjust speed accuracy between required and estimation rotor speed to precise speed response. The proportional and time integration controller values obtain by Ziegler-Nichols closed-loop tuning method. Computer simulation results with Matlab/Simulink program show an acceptable speed control response, minimum error at steady state and dynamic condition, a results show also the stator voltage, current and flux estimated in direct-quadrate of stationary and synchronous reference frame at variation in load up to (10 N.m) beside the synchronous, slip and rotor speed estimation are varied between (250-1486 rpm).
