تهدف هذه الدراسة التجريبية الى تحسين جودة الشاشة المسرحة على آلات التسريح في معامل الغزل و النسيج في الجمهورية العربية السورية من خلال دراسة تأثير سرعة أجزاء ألة الكرد على مواصفات شاشة الكرد الناتجة من خلط ألياف من القطن السوري كما تم استخدام التحاليل الاحصائية لتحديد تأثير العوامل المتغيرة على جودة الشاشة و ذلك عند الوسطاء (المتغيرات) المختلفة لعملية الكرد حيث وجد أن هناك ارتباط قوي بين زيادة سرعة الأجزاء العاملة و عدد العقد المتشكلة و كذلك ازدياد محتوى الألياف القصيرة حيث و بالتالي تؤثر زيادة سرعة الأجزاء العاملة تؤثر سلباً على المواصفات الميكانيكية لألياف القطن التي تعتبر العامل الأساسي و الهام لتحديد جودة المنتج و كذلك قيمته التجارية.
This experimental study aims to improve the quality of carded web on advanced carding machine in Syrian spinning society. The Effect of Speed of card on the web quality Statistically analysed, the data indicate that all main parameters studied have an influence on web quality. Furthermore it has been shown that there is a strong correlation between the incident of neps and the increasing in the short fiber content during increasing speed carding Subsequently increase speed of card hasan effect negative on Mechanical properties that are usualy the major contributer on the yarn quality and its commercial value.
