This research is a theoretical study for the scattering mechanism of the charge carrier in the transport tunnels of system consisting of metal-insulator- semiconductor (MIS)- When the insulator is polarized where the conductivity of surface for semiconductor polarization behavior due to charge transfer during interfaces. The aim of this research is to investigate the effect of self-action and polarization potentials on the ground state of electron- polaron in semiconductor layer by means of is olating the Schrodinger equation and discussion of some special cases such as the potential is triangular form (case of contact metal – semiconductor).

A clinical trial cross over was carried out to compare the clinical effectiveness of the use of conventional toothbrush (Oral-B Indicator Plus) and (Soladey-eco) which is equipped with a rod of semiconductor of titanium dioxide (TiO2) to remove dent al plaque and their impact on Streptococcus mutans counts (CFU) . The Sample included 60 patients aged 13-19 years. The sample was equally divided into two groups: the first group used toothbrush (Oral-B Indicator Plus) and the second used toothbrush (Soladey-eco) twice daily for one month, followed by (wash out) period for two weeks, after which the exchange of the two groups for the two types of brushes, the examiner was blind. To determine the effectiveness of the two brushes, the dental plaque index was calculated for every brush before and after brushing. The S .mutans (CFU) in saliva was calculated too but just for (n=30) before and after brushing. Results showed that the use of the brush (Soladey-eco) has greater effectiveness in removing dental plaque and caused a reduction of Streptococcus mutans counts compared with the brush (Oral-B Indicator Plus) in the research sample
This research proposes the development of Optical Network Units by introducing an all optical Filter. This optical filter can treat WDM and PDM technology at the same time enabling us to send a channel on the horizontal and vertical of the same wav elength .The hybrid WDM-PDM technology allows to delivery double channels for users without any changing in infrastructure between optical central office and user . Firstly , this article prove the idea of hybrid WDM-PDM technology by OptiSystem7.0 simulator, secondly we study proposed all optical Filter for three cases of optical access: WDMPDM( Downstream), WDM(Downstream)/( TDM(Upstream) , WDM(Downstream)/ WDM(Downstream) recommended by the international communication federation, ICF.
This research presents a study with the help of Finite Element Method and the use of CATIA V5 program to know the behavior of a permissible link - column used in metal structures at high temperatures (on fire). In this article we will present an an alysis using the finite element method using the CATIA V5 program for the effect of different engineering parameters (plate thickness, screw diameter, reinforcement nerves) on the behavior of joints used in metal structures on fire. We also studied the effect of the number of bolts on the stresses and transitions in the link and their comparison with the welding cases. We studied and analyzed the studied model and obtained the deformation and failure schemes at high temperatures, the flow charts and the temperatures that show the behavior of this link to the fire. We also obtained the stress and strain schemes for the link and the transport and load schemes at different temperatures and the behavior of this link at these different temperature.
The study was carried out to show the effect of the clay characteristics: specific surface area (Ss), cation exchange capacity (CEC), and the assemblage of clay particles on the soil water content. The effect of hydric stress history (wetting and drying cycles) on the water content of soil was also investigated. Soil samples comprising topsoil horizons and subsoil horizons, with a clay content > 30% were collected in several regions of France and Syria (2009 - 2012) in cooperation with the National Center for Scientific Research and the University of Orléans in France to study the effect of physical characteristics on the fertility status of the soil. The water retention properties were studied from (0.01) bar to (15) bar water potential using small clods collected in winter when swelling is at a maximum and water content close to field capacity. The clay content, the bulk density of horizon and clods, the cation exchange capacity and the specific surface area were measured. The X-ray diffraction (XRD) was used for identification of the main mineralogical phase, and to study the relationship between the clay mineralogy and the water retention. Results showed that the variation of the soil water content was explained by the differences of clay content and the clay fabric (assemblage of clay particles). The results also showed that wetting and drying cycles were the most important and critical factor for soil water retention properties relative to the other evaluated factors.
