تعد الأزمات المالية العالمية من أكثر الموضوعات أهمية و تصدراً للأخبار في العصر الحديث، و ذلك يعود للعولمة المالية التي قادت إلى التحول إلى عالمية النشاط المالي و الاقتصادي و الأسواق؛ الأمر الذي أدى إلى ارتباط اقتصاديات دول العالم ببعضها بعضاً. و هي في الوقت نفسه من أكثر الموضوعات جدلية إذ تطرح تساؤلاً جوهرياً عن طبيعة الأزمات لأنَّها من طبيعة الاقتصاد الرأسمالي، أم أنها نشأت بسبب النظام المالي العالمي الحالي، أم هي تطور طبيعي و عبارة عن تصحيحٍ لعملية الاختلالات الهيكلية التي تظهر، أم هي نتيجة النظام البنكي التقليدي بحسب وجهة نظر بعض الاقتصاديين، أم أنها مفتعلة من أجل تحقيق أهداف سياسية و اقتصادية لفئات معينة؛ و من هذا المنظور ستُدرس الأزمات المالية العالمية.
The global financial crises are the most important and dominating topics in the news in the modern era, due to the financial globalization that led to the transformation to the global financial activity and economic and global markets; which led to link the economies of the world to each other. Which at the same time the most dialectic threads that pose as a key question about the nature of the crises, and if it’s came from the nature of the capitalist economy, or whether it arose because of the current global financial system, or is it a natural progression and a correction for the process of the structural imbalances that appears, or is the result of the classic banking system according to the point of view of some Muslims, or is it fabricated in order to achieve political and economic objectives for specific categories; from this perspective will be studying the global financial crisis.

The first part of this research will discuss the causes of the mortgage
bubble and the causes of its blow up in 2007, and the consequences of this
crisis on various financial institutions, then it will talk about the manner of
forming the packages

The second and third part will be allotted to study the indirect causes
that led to the global financial crisis, as well as the traditional solutions

global financial system to protect it from crises in the future, because the
great imbalance in the basic pillars of that system. In addition to
emphasizing that the typical solution is only to replace these pillars with
new, more powerful and stable ones, or simply changing the whole current

This research aims to shed light on the global financial crisis and its impact on
international development, and touched on the types of crises and economic indicators
associated with these crises, and people search the global financial crisis in 2

stages and how they occur, then turned to look at the causes and manifestations and the
most important sectors those affected by the crisis, and the most harmful to the
international development. The research explained the effects of the financial crisis on the
financial markets and international development plans and addressed both in the United
States or the industrialized nations or the developing countries , and Responding of the
countries and organizations to it .The research found a number of results, and made some
proposals.
This research work aims at whether or not structure of board director has an
immediate effect on voluntary disclosure concerning financial or non-financial data, and
defining the degree of this effect. To achieve this aim, the researchers developed
an index
against which voluntary disclosure may be measured, in the field of study represented by
eleven private Syrian banks.
The researchers applied their study to the community of banks, including all banks.
The study covered the last six years for each bank, starting from 2009-2014.
The index consists of 32 items, divided into two subsidiary groups (Financial and
non-financial data).
The study adopted a strategy of testing the study hypotheses, using analysis
regression method. The variant of audit committee has been adopted because the sample
under study did not indicate any differences.
Studying the relationship between structure of board director variables and voluntary
disclosure including the index as a whole, it was found that there is a positive relationship
indicating statistical remarks, between profitability variable and voluntary disclosure as a
whole. The rest of structure of board director variables denoted a kind of positive partial
correlation, having no statistical indications. This variable has been noticed between

Social media (SM) platforms such as Twitter provide large quantities of real-time data that can be leveraged during mass emergencies. Developing tools to support crisis-affected communities requires available datasets, which often do not exist for lo
w resource languages. This paper introduces Kawarith a multi-dialect Arabic Twitter corpus for crisis events, comprising more than a million Arabic tweets collected during 22 crises that occurred between 2018 and 2020 and involved several types of hazard. Exploration of this content revealed the most discussed topics and information types, and the paper presents a labelled dataset from seven emergency events that serves as a gold standard for several tasks in crisis informatics research. Using annotated data from the same event, a BERT model is fine-tuned to classify tweets into different categories in the multi- label setting. Results show that BERT-based models yield good performance on this task even with small amounts of task-specific training data.
