الحاجة لتوسيع مجرى السمع الظاهر عند المرضى المجرى لهم عملية حج خشاء بالطريقة المفتوحة؛ وذلك من أجل التنظيف الجيد لجوف الخشاء بعد العمل الجراحي و لتخفيف نسبةً النكس مع المحافظة على ناحية جمالية مقبولة للمريض. هدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة نتائج طريقة شريحة الباب الدوار في تصنيع مجرى السمع الظاهر عند مرضى أجري لهم هذا العمل الجراحي.
