يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة إمكانية تقليل تآكل مسخنات الهواء في المراجل
البخارية، و زيادة مردودها و ذلك باستخدام التسخين المختلط للهواء بواسطة البخار و غازات
العادم بشكل مثالي، حيث تظهر نتائج البحث أنه يمكن الحد من تآكل مسخنات الهواء
عن طريق المحافظة على درجة حرارة غازات العادم أعلى من نقطة الندى لحمض
الكبريت تتوافق مع نسب الكبريت المختلفة الموجودة في الفيول المستخدم، و ذلك عن
طريق التحكم بدرجة حرارة الهواء المسخن بواسطة البخار ، مما يؤدي إلى زيادة مردود
المرجل عن طريق توفير استهلاك الوقود إلى نسبة أعظمية تصل إلى 9% و تخفيض
الضياعات الحرارية، بالإضافة إلى تقليل تكلفة الصيانة و تقليل فترات التوقف الاضطرارية.
This research aims to study the reduction of air heaters corrosion in
steam boilers and increasing their efficiency , by the application of
combined heating of air by steam and exhaust gases.
The experimental data of this research demonstrates thatheater
corrosion could bereduced by maintaining the exhaust gases
temperature above the dew point of sulfuric acid depending onthe
amount of sulphur in the fuel oil ,by controlling air heat temperature
by steam.Which increases the boiler efficiency as a consequence of
reducing the fuel consumption by 9% as a maximum , reduces heat
loss, minimizes maintenance costs and reduces the time of emergency
shutdowns.

measure air pollutants.
The study aimed to clarify the economic concept to the problem of environmental
pollution and the economic effects of him. How is the confrontation of this economic problem
through the following steps:
1- Quantification of environmental pollution
our present work is to study the effects of MgO, the specific
fuel consuming, and the hot corrosion effects on thermal boilers
and the SOX ,NOX compound produced in the exhausting
steam,(or gases).
This research aims to predict the level of air pollution with a set of data used to make predictions through them and to obtain the best prediction using several models and compare them and find the appropriate solution.
