Cities begun in developing countries, by the earlier sixties of the 20th century, to grow according to the world pattern away from local and locative Affiliation. Also architectural modern international designs started to spread among its repeated shapes and designs. Such a thing led to important issues that affected places where it was found and presented more issues such as the separation between western adapted patterns and national values, and the issue of development of the Phenomenon of Globalization architecture which is only interested in upholding formalism aspects. High rise buildings have an obvious effect on modern architecture. They raised an argumentation among various segments of society, specialists in forefront of them are architects and planners, in addition to an ordinary people. Administrative bodie s and the public opinion involved many times in such matter especially in traditional character cities which have an architectural rootage. According to modern era features, high-rise buildings become a reality that couldn't be ignored worldwide, including developing countries. At the same time, it is not a destiny that couldn't be avoided, where many factors, cultural, social, economic, or technical, collectively or separately, plays a big role in adopting or avoiding such choice. Our research exposes this significant architecture subject, according to the principles and data of modern age, whereas it reviews the most important concepts and principles connected to it. Moreover, some of the most important experiments in this field are addressed through it the pros and cons that surrounded this topic especially in developing countries.
It is known that a new style of economy based on knowledge coming up in developed and developing countries within new millennium . This doesn't mean that knowledge wasn’t known or used in economical activities، but the new is the effect of knowled ge in economical social life and humanity ، due to total national plans was put in those countries to fill knowledge gap within last three decades . This research focuses on national orientations towards knowledge economy through its indexes in Arab countries, These indexes still shows that Arab countries are consumers for knowledge commodities، and not producers . This need real participation in knowledge producing to face social and economical problems which consider the real challenges of these countries.
Being a hybrid, hyphenated literature, Arab-American Literature, which attempts to articulate the identity of its producer, exhibits wide ranging references to its Arabic and Islamic background. Surveying a vast corpus of Arab-American writings, t he present paper demonstrates the overwhelming presence of Arabic and Islamic culture in such writings, discussing its various textual forms and, thus, confirming the Arabic component of Arab-American identity.

This study is attempting to point out to the difficulties frustrating the human development in both intellectual and practical fields. To do this, this study will attempt to explore the main negative reflections of the IMF recipes in the human alt ernatives on one hand, and to discover the main difficulties faced by the practical trends to apply the human development pattern as aimed by the UNDP.
