The effect of bleaching gel(35% hydrogen peroxide) on the release of mineral ions from the enamel surface during successive time intervals(in vitro study)

Alterations of the enamel after topical application of bleaching agents, presenting as major consequences are: ions release, increased superficial roughness, stronger bacterial attachment and hardness alteration.The aims of the study were to evaluate the effect of the bleaching agent (35%hydrogen peroxide) for vital teeth by using light source on the release of ions from the enamel surface. our sample consisted of 30 sound enamel surface for control group,30 sound enamel surface for(35%hydrogen peroxide), and then application of light radiation to activate the bleaching agent. Ion Chromatography were used to measure the ions release .

Study the effectiveness of the application of the catalase enzyme in a dyeing bath

The search is focused on application of the catalase enzyme in the dyeing bath at different temperatures and concentration to catalyze the peroxide remaining after bleaching the fabrics of cotton and study its effect on exhaustion and fastness of reactive dye and compare these results with sample is dyed in clean water path without the presence of the enzyme.
